In Tankathon News, CAR is down 14-3 after a Saints blocked punt for a TD. Bryce Young is 1-8, 1 sack, 1 fumble lost.

I don't understand how the Lions RBs are getting 3 yards min on every run. The LBs seem like they are out of position and the DL are not in the right gaps.

Me too, it is going to be interesting. It feels like the Lions have changed their game plan and the Bears have not.

Gordon got tackled on the 3rd down screen to Gibbs, no call.

Yeah, it may well be that Nagy, and the lack of pass protection last year ruined him.

I think if you're drafting a QB in the first round, youve GOT TO have a new coaching staff or we are just caught in the same cycle over and over again.

This game has 30-16 written all over it.

Moore with 0 targets. Getsy had two weeks to prepare for the Lions, and this is what he came up with. 

As someone pointed out before, Getsy does well with scripted plays but falls off the wagon when he tries to adjust to the other teams adjustments. How much better would we be if a Ben Johnson was calling plays ?

I think the idea was the Fields does better with the scripted plays, because he can spend extra time on pre-reading them.

Poles will have a better view to what needs to be changed next year  but definitely a new OC, another weapon  , and DL will help a lot. Another play caller will be in the works also.

Every team scripts the first 15 plays according to their game plan, Its how you adjust that after that, that makes you a good coach.

Oh and its not one or the other. Just because i think Fields lacks a fundamental ingredient to being a successful QB doesnt mean Getsy doesnt suck too.

It really makes you wonder how much better we'd be with proper coaching. I think this roster is a LOT better than they show.

Looking at some of the other box scores, there are some ugly offenses out there right now.

Jets take the lead 7-0 on the Texans. Stroud was 6-12, 28 yds in the first half. Remember when he was getting MVP consideration, lol.
