October 22, 200916 yr comment_71123 I just want a win... I'd like to see some improvement on the O-line, the running game, and the defensive adaptation (to no-huddle or whatever scheme is working for our opponent at the time). Report
October 23, 200916 yr comment_71130 With their leading pass rusher out for the season (who also accounted for half of their sack total), Cutler should have more time in the pocket this week. Forte needs to get going again. I would also like to see Olsen show up this week. Report

October 25, 200916 yr comment_71213 Cutler needs to have a semi bounce back game as well. He played okay overall but those 2 picks hurt us early on. I'd like to see him with a 3 TD 0 Int day tomorrow. Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71222 Wow! First play...what was that!? It was sort of confusing how he faked the handoff to Benson, and then passed it. Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71223 Benson's big run = nice hold by the RT. Chickenshit noncall by the LJ on that side. Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71224 Looked like a pretty blatant hold on that big Benson run. Ogunleye being held that is. Report

October 25, 200916 yr comment_71226 That was nice of us to leave Henry wide open to the only place where Palmer could throw it in the end zone. Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71229 it's all good, we got omeyale on the field now, definite score Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71230 And the result is, TD Bengals. Three things I noticed on the first drive: 1) The Bengals use the mid/deep cross or slant that I want the Bears to use. 2) The Bengals use the smashmouth blocking style that I want the Bears to use. 3) The Bears did a stunt with the LDE and LDT, which I love to see, but it was not enough to get to Palmer. And, as someone said in another thread, the Bears don't have the DBs to cover for a long time. Blitzes are necessary because the front four don't get enough pressure. Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71232 I just noticed that Zack Bowman isn't that good.. You're probably right, but average DBs - like the Bears' DBs - can't cover multiple routes. They are good for the first cut, which Bowman was on, but if the QB breaks containment, all bets are off. Report

You know, I'd like to see us stop a team on their first possession. Does it take Lovie until the half to figure out a team? Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71235 Play calling was atrocious on that series. Wtf was that?! God damn we have some of the worst coaches in the NFL.. Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71236 LOL @ the slo-mo instant replay of Frank Omilaye getting blown up by Tank Report
October 25, 200916 yr comment_71237 Play calling was atrocious on that series. Wtf was that?! God damn we have some of the worst coaches in the NFL.. I didn't like the run up the gut multiple times, but I liked the screen call in that situation, but good grief was it horribly executed (like it has been for about 10+ years). Report
