I haven’t liked an uncertain player a ton in quite some time. I remember being in love with Randy Moss and being told he was way too big of a risk. Well, I loved Skattebo also, and many were uncertain about him. Too slow. Bad competition. Won’t translate to the NFL. Even though he appears to be fast-tracking towards CTE, he could have been the guy the Bears picked to fill an obvious need. i wonder if the Bears front office even considered drafting him? Has anyone seen reports suggesting one way or another?

We're only about a month away. Does anyone remember when the official schedule typically comes out? I've got some vacation days to use and always like to hit camp at least once. Weekends are nuts.

It appears that the qb position may just keep going back and fourth as rex looks to have taken the lead today. Rex really didn't have any mistakes whereas Kyle threw a pic to bowman (who made an incredible play on the ball!!!) and Steltz. I'd have to say that rex has a little bit of an edge after today and the defense is looking really really good. Also even though kyle did have some pics, it did appear that he was role playing rex a bit. Meaning it appeared that kyle was taking some good shots down the field. Not just the dump offs and the 3-5 yarders, but some legit 15-25 yarders and those throws looked really good. Which is why I'm not putting rex up a whole lot.…

Heard today Zah Fraizer was let go. Apparently whatever jacked him up last year never materialized into a dedication to playing in the NFL. Also they restructured Brabbury's contract getting 1 mil in reduction but gave him 1 more mil in guaranteed money.

IMHO the real postion battles that we should keep an eye on is the Oline. These are the players we have on the roster Roberto Garza C, Chris Spencer C ,Cory Brandon OT, James Brown OT, Gabe Carimi OT, A.J. Greene OT, Tyler Hendrickson OT, J'Marcus Webb OT, Ricky Henry OG , Lance Louis OG ,Nick Pieschel OG Chilo Rachal OG, Chris Williams OG Edwin Williams OG/C. Looking at these players i think from the start that Greene, Hendrickson,Henry,Brandon and Pieschel wont make the team...that just me. The GM spoke about Henry, Pieschel and Rachal so who knows...but I have a feeling that its going to be Williams LT, Spencer LG, Garza C, Louis RG Carimi RT as the 1st string,…

Instead of starting a new thread on roster moves we might as well just list them here. Today we signed DB Tre Flowers and DL Tanoh Kpassagnon. Tanoh was a reliable backup for KC for 8 yrs. We added WR Jahdae Walker and Ian Wheeler (RB) fron the non performance list We waivered DB Alex Cook and DL Jereme Robinson. Also Poles talked to today (did not hear the speech) but said Braxton Jones was ready to go. Can anyone verify that?

Washington Post I don't want to start any rumors but it could be us if JA is unsure about getting Cutler. I'd love Campbell. He can dink and doink but has a laser. He hasn't been all that great in his career but in his 1st 3 years he's had 3 different coaches. That is tough.

Okay, so yesterday was my anniversary and my gift was a trip to wherever to see the Bears play. I was thinking that I would love to go to Lambeau to see the Bears play the Packers but would have to get tickets at face value (otherwise I'll just get tickets to a game at Soldier field). Can i get some corner or safety blitzes, i'm tired of blitzing up the middle and nothing happens. Can I also get some more run plays, even if we don't get a first down at least we use 3 minutes of time possesion instead of using 50 seconds, AND punting, AND letting our defense rest for one minute, AND giving the opposing QB more time which equals more chance to put up points on our tired D. Can our two biggest weapons reach 1000 yards? With nine games left Forte has 456 yards rushing.That means he is 564 yards short of 1000. So if we feed him the ball over the next nine games he has to gain at least 62 yards per game. Marshall on the other hand has 575 yards receiving, so he is 325 yards short of 1000. So Marshall has to gain 325 yards over the next nine games and average at least 36 yards per game.......do you think they both get to the 1000 yard mark?
