I really liked the Alshon pick tho. If he can be a threat this offense can be great. You got Cutler, the Beast, Forte as the center points. If Jeffrey and Hester can be used correctly the possibilities are endless. Im also a fan of Bennet, when Cutler was in there they made some great plays. OK, Jay has 1,476 passing yards through 6 games. Assuming he continues at the exact same pace of 246 yds/game, he'll get another 2,460 yards for the next 10 games. That would be a total of 3,936. Kramer currently hold the record of 3,838 from 1995. Kramer also has the # of TD's in a season record of 29 from the same season. Jay is only on pace (having just 8 TD's currently) to only get a total of 21. Can't get 'em all Jay! Sid's got the franchise passing record of career yards of 14,866. Not sure if any of you follow him but he's been talking about bringing Marshall to the Bears all day.

So far in 2 games he exceeded all expectations of this year in passing, Its phenominal to see this on a bears team. I never have seen this in 1/2 century of existance. Game 1. 108.3 Game 2. 136.7 If this persists we maybe in for quite a year.

With the news, Chicago calls him "soft" for even having to take the tests. Pissed off, they head toward his home with torches and pitchforks screaming "KY-LE OR-TON" But really, per La Canfora, Cutler has passed the protocols and will play tomorrow.

At somepoint in yesterday's game he injured his shoulder and early reports have it being a serious with the expectation that he will be out for the year. With Matt Barkley, that game against the Niners becomes critical for the who will get the #2 overall pick. Unfortunately, I can't see the Browns and the #1 pick factoring into anything, because they have a tough remaining schedule and limited talent themselves.
