I am hearing several, including Mayock who I respect more than most analysts, rave about this guy and have the Bears elated he "falls" to them. He was a late riser on the draft boards from what I can tell which always make me a little nervous. Seems like those guys tend to bust. Any of you guys watch this guy play? Is he the real deal? Should I be keeping my fingers crossed that we get him or should I be praying someone else gets him off the board before the Bears pick?

He starts off by saying he hates to do mocks, and it sure shows. This is one of the worse pieces of garbage I have seen when it comes to the Bears. Now we got Alshon jeffrey as i say the NO.2 WR on ther other side of Marshall we just went from having below average WR'S to possible top flight WR core. Also look at his yards after the catch, and who some of his catches were against (Kirpatrick,Barron Jennings )top draft picks. Only 9.5 favorites for Week 1, those are pretty good betting odds in favor of the Bears. I see them winning by at least 10. Hard to see the game being closer than that. I am figuring at least 31 on offense, and I can't see the Colts breaking 20 unless there are some late garbage points. What do you think? I say Bears 34-17.

I know this has been talked about many times however, I am so freakin pissed off right now with this defense. I know it is only the 2nd game as well however, it is the freakin cheese heads we are playing. This so called defense continues to give up huge yardage and does not seem to be doing anything positively right now. How else do you explain that last Sunday we make a rookie QB look like a freakin All-Pro and tonight the "D" is getting even more exploited by the QB who has been one of the best in recent memory in the NFL. I was reading something somewhere and the author (as a smart ass) asked what percentage our offense Forte provided. As a smart ass back, I asked if the guy was asking about yardage or scoring. That got me to thinking that since Forte is asking for elite money and I've always felt that his drawback as a RB was that he doesn't make it into the end zone as often as other backs.
