We just played 3 of the top 5 teams. The team and the coaching staff have given us some reasons to be optimistic. They hung with GB. The offense looked good against AZ until Cutler got hurt The Defense looked great against Sea in the first half The Coaches in my opinion have already proved to be 10 times better then the last staff. This will be the first game against a team not ranked in the top 5!!!! We get Ratliff back!!!! Looks like Alshon will be back !!! If Cutler comes back that could be huge ????? This team will probably not win a game the rest of the year without Cutler. This team NEEDS Cutler. His big arm is the only thing keeping the defense honest. Clausen. LOL. Crazy how bad he looked.

Back to back weeks that we allow a KO return for a TD. This one was crazy as Lockett didn't even switch sides of the field, we didn't even have a player inside the 20 when he ran past. I have no idea what is going on but that needs to be fixed. We started in a hole against ARZ and this one basically ended the game for us after we kept it close and the defense was playing good. We also allowed a 64 yard punt return by Sherman which setup a first half FG. So our Special Teams contributed to 10 of the first 13 points against, and never really gave us good field position when our offense had the ball. I remember him on some draft boards for the Bears in the 2013 Draft. At this point, I don't know how he could be much worse than Fuller.

Now I wont say we are a bad team but I want to point out this. We can NOT win games kicking field goal!!!!!! Once again we had too many opportunities in the red zone just to come away with just three points. Despite the other teams score....if we cashed in on our chances in the red zone I feel this 0-2 start we are now in would be 2-0. Now the other problem I see is that our DB are not being coached to win. We have gotten way to many pass interference calls to succeed.
