Since this board was pretty pro-league when we discussed the current lockout, I'm curious as to where everyone stands on the James Harrison comments. Also, if the Steelers cut ties with him, would you want him on the Bears?

This O-line debate has me thinking back to the days of when I first started following the Bears and the draft(yes they did have face masks lol) and my earliest memories date back to 1966 and with that being said the Bears have only had one GM since that time who was hell bent on developing the o-line. That was Jim Finks who was considered one of the best GMs in NFL history. Under his watch the Bears drafted 4 OTs number one(Lick, Albrecht,Van Horne and Covert) in a span of about 8 years. After he invested a number 4 overall pick in a little known RB out of Jackson State his first O-line looked like a rag tag bunch with at least 2 castoffs from the defunct World Football …

Cardinals are in desperate need of running back with this injury to the Cards RB Ryan Williams. We have 2 too many RBs right now and this would make good place to send C Taylor. Get a 5th for him would be good, or 6 and 7. What ya think?

Ok Been speculating on who goes and who stays. I attached my final word document for all you to look at play with. But notables that are out is C Taylor, Marcus Harrison, Harvey Unga. As for FA signed most notable will be Andy Fantuz. Play with it and give your ideas on stays and who goes. Well deleted the file it seems to have errors. Anyone interested in doing a community Mock Draft? We did one a few years ago and it was pretty successful. We can each pick a few teams and start picking until the draft starts and go as far as we can go.

Per NFL Network the suspension is for an indefinite amount of time.

JayGlazer @JayGlazer Texas law enforcement handing down indictment today on Vikings RB Adrian Peterson on charges of injury to a child. Peterson has been cooperating w law enforcement. He now had to turn himself into custody NFL Network reporting he's been deactivated for this weeks game..... Vikings, who looked pretty good week 1, could be in a whole lotta trouble.

Just a total bummer. Urlacher had the better peak in the recent Bears era but Tillman was my favorite Bear of the last 10+ years and one of my favorite Bears all time. He was both a stud on the football field and a person who did a lot of good off the football field. For his season and potentially career to end this way stinks but I want to thank him for all of the fantastic memories and the fact that he represented our franchise so proudly both on and off the field. Thank you Peanut and Get Better!!!
