Tribune is reporting it is a knee sprain. Bears will know more in another day or two. My personal feeling is he doesn't miss anymore than a week. I wouldn't even be shocked if he could play as early as next week. Sounds like there isn't any ligament damage but until they do the full medical exam after swelling goes down you just never know.

It doesn't really matter. There are two outstanding teams in the NFC and the rest are crap. Good teams find ways to win. Great teams win. So what if we barely make it to the playoffs. It will be a quick exit if we are not kicking it on all cylinders. We are not. Cutler hurt was devasting to our chances to make it far. We have old guys on defense that can still bring it.
