Was just thinking about how we have great optimism each year for our team. Over the last decade, has any team had better propaganda than what comes out of Halas Hall? Some years I'm full on kool aid, others I call BS. This year, I'm excited!

Just heard on the radio...

Never saw him make a mistake...

http://www.nbcchicago.com/blogs/grizzly-de...-269126341.html Hopefully he gets back into shape soon. He struggled with speed off the edge last season and if he's already starting out being last year's performance that's not a good sign.

Story here. Won't that just drive some of the haters here nuts? I'm sure rooting for Brandon to be right.

Why in the living hell is #29 on the field at S? Our Secondary is a disaster. U drafted a guy in the 4th who was a team leader. He can't learn the speed of the NFL watching Ryan Mundy and Adrian Wilson. Let's not bring up y we didn't take a S in the first when the best one was there. But anyway. This defense is a pure disgrace. Look at our LBs..... They make me sick.

Who is our KR/PR going into this season? Kind of odd seeing Hester and Weems on Atlanta's stat sheet.

Should be filled by Bellamy and Holmes. Bellamy has shown flashes of 'good' and was consistent in tonight's game. Although Holmes dropped his first two he came back with a nice TD and then a decent ( not awesome) PR. Since Holmes is a low cost low risk signing he more than qualifies for a spot especially with being able to do returns. The Bears should carry two QBs into week 1. I think Fales should be put on the practice squad or cut all together. His release is really ugly and obviously needs a lot of work. At least his accuracy was better than 'Lamezel'.

I would bring in Cain. I thought he did fine last year when Mannelly went out. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0831-story.html Peace

There has been a lot of chatter about Emery's first draft class and rightly so with only Jeffrey panning out so far. Since then he put together the front office the way he wanted it and at this point here is the result from the last two drafts: http://www.csnchicago.com/bears/wins-still...ears-foundation "On the other hand, all eight 2014 draft choices are among the 11 rookies placed on the 53-man roster. And all six of the 2013 selections were and still are on the roster."

Ahmad Dixon SS - 7th RD pick of Dallas Lacks the discipline to every start. .. haha fits right in

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/...er-of-the-week/ He's got big shoes to fill! Keep up the great work Mr. Fuller!

When will we find an identity? Maybe it is what the media gives us, but it seems we don't have a leader on that side that rallys the troops. When the defense takes the field, we should be on the edge of our seats. We should see LBs mug the line, question the O with alignment movement, and consistant attacks from different personnel. Besides Fuller and Young, who else has shined? Maybe Kyle Fuller develops into that leader vocally and performance, but I would like to see a MLB or S since they are usually calling the alignments and blitzes. The way our roster is composed contract wise, the Bears really shouldn't draft a high LB unless one can be all that. Four guys to kee…

http://mweb.cbssports.com/nfl/writer/jason...rity-is-tenuous Leaders on the team need to lead. Not bitch. Emery has put Trestman in a predicament in a few instances IMO.

Watching both Detroit vs cardinals and gb vs. eagles hoping they both lose

I just have a feeling that this is going to be brought up at some point. They will point to the injuries on the O-Line to Slauson, Mills, DLP, and Britton, and on the D to Peanut, Briggs, Houston, Conte, Ratliff, Fuller and say that those were the reason this team struggled all year with consistency. I hope not, but I see it coming.

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/writer/jason-...-coaching-staff 1. Lot of the Cutler stuff is stuff we already know 2. Shanny- keeps a close relationship with Cutler and its says would be interested in coaching Cutler again. 3. Emery has told his staff he may retain his job 4. Harbaugh may be too expensive for the Bears and the control on final say on roster moves would have to shift for Harbaugh to come. Does with have to do with Phillips?????

Two Pro Bowls in his first two years. Forte got snubbed, he's third in the league in total yards and has 10 TDs.
