In re-watching the game I noticed an RPO that Fields missed on 4th and two. It was actually a beautiful play by Nagy and was perfectly executed by everyone but the rookie. The defender makes the play along the red line. Fields misses the read. If he pulls the ball and follows Ridley it's a possible TD. Look for this play in the future. Side note: Jason Peters is still a stud. His feet are amazingly agile for a man his size. He also had zero issues getting to the second level. Praying father time holds off one more year.

I want to add in a random fact. Type 1 diabetics are told they should not(only in a worse case situation would they) take cortisone shots. A local radio show out here had a doctor on talking about it. Geeze, guy goes out and plays 3 series on a torn MCL (grade 2 sprain) without any pain killers. Thats a f***ing man!

I was at both, Ive never seen that stadium so loud at one second and the next sec complete silence. Im leaning towards 2010 but man was last night a kick in the balls. Last post about last year. Excited to see what happens moving forward.

I thought he would have been a real good fit for the Bears in the later part of round 3 as someone who can compete at RT/RG. Sadly, he has died. RIP and condolences to his family. I am beginning to think there is a definite relationship to the Bears' policy of rewarding their own when they excel and the way we seem to always be ahead of the other teams in signing our rookie classes. Anytime a QB gets signed, Twitter goes nutz because the Bears sighed Foles. The Bears signed Foles the first or second week of FAgency. Dalton wasn't released yet. No way Winston was as a backup on a cheap contract and Cams medicals could not be checked out because of the virus. Coaches were familiar with Foles, he has been in the system before and had success at the highest level. If Pace would have waited until now to sign a QB option, fandom would been badmouthing him everyday. He made the right move at the time. NE can tack risks because that always win. Don't work that way for the bears.
