http://www.vsngaming.com/2008/12/madden-09-roster-update-14/ Matt Forte & Corey Graham both get a boost in OVR. Niiiiiice.

  2. I have digested so much information, I need to make some comments before my hair turns completely blonde, and I become confused. I think the Bears want to draft a DE in the first round, with choices in order,Coples,Ingram,Merculis,Jones, Perry. There should be one of them there at that spot, so what will change that. If Reiff drops, I think they like him a lot and will draft him, leaving DE for the second round. Choices for second round: Branch, and Curry, I think in this situation they take Branch. The possiblity exists Jones may drop so he would be the choice. If Cox or Brockers drops, I think stong possiblity exists they grab one of them, and go back…

POOR performance that leaves us with lots of questions but if we'd been told we were 3-1 after the 1st qaurter of the season, we'd have took it Panthers next week with a rookie QB!

“He earned it,” coach John Fox told reporters Wednesday before practice. “It’s not something we handed him for any particular reason other than he earned it.” http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1...82-fd0230b38256 Nice positive read

Last year is a blue print of what Pace does in FAgency. His first year he hadnt evaluationed the team yet and still had the previous regimes scouts in place. Last year he was in full control. Trevathan 4 years 24.5 Freeman 3 year 12 Hicks 2 year 10 Sitton 3 year 21 Massie 3 year 18 Freeman and Sitton are 30 years old but were upscale players, the rest are young and ascending. So I think this is what he will continue to do. Probably will get two higher end players. People in this category are : 8- 12 mil. Jefferson/SS Bouye/CB Gilmore/CB Trumine Johnson/CB Campbell/DE Okrung/OT I also think we gr…

  10. Have to keep reminding myself, 1st preseason game, do not take it too serious, look at individual performances, not team success, it is just live practice, not to worry, not to worry, repeat after me, not to worry, LOL

I don't want him on our team regardless of draft round. You don't fail the biggest interview of your life like this. He doesn't appear to have done any workouts prior to the combine. 14 reps on the bench press and then today it was painful watching him run.

The fantasy football update I read this morning said it's probably nothing but "sore foot" can becomme something more severe. Has anyone heard an update?

I think the three signing w have so far are going to bring a new attitude to the team...with McPhee saying he is violent and Rolle and Royal being hitters (Rolle) and playmakers (Royal) things are looking up!! Now do we sign the Chiefs Parker...as he has played CB as well as safety and could be that nickelback we need with his 4.3 speed

You know JA made the QB comment. Now, he is clarifying with support of Orton. That leads me to the mind game. Since we already know the Queens are going hell bent for a QB this off-season. Is JA setting up a bidding war so the Queens will run out and overspend for a QB? Kinda like a bluff in poker... Even though the Queens get their guy, they also get a strained cap for other needs. Hell, I'd do it. I still see us going after backup, but a stud seems outta line due to our support players not being up to snuff.

All year it’s been kind of the same. Flashes of brilliance mixed with horrific accuracy and suspect mechanics. I keep waiting for a huge, breakout game. A ridiculous game that displays why he was the #1 pick. Something that shows him carrying the team instead of just being part of it. Then one or two fairly dominating games where he puts up big stats. Hell, even Shadeur Sanders had one today. So how long is his leash? He’s clearly not performing like a #1 pick when missing simple throws and obvious reads. The last play of the game was a brutal demonstration of both. He made the read very late when the WR was wide open. Then made a weak throw with poor anticipati…
