Since we're near the season end, lots of social media talking about the mistakes Poles made this season. Drafting V Jones - 3rd round wasted pick. Paying to much for Claypool. 34th pick. Botched the Ogunjobi grab Failed to get Ryan Bates as a restricted FA. Did I miss anything? Fans have expectations that a GM makes all A+ moves and never makes a mistake. The best in the league screw up a lot, but they do is make enough good moves that makes them winners. What do you think the chances are of our new GM being able to bring in and sign as FA D.Bowe (WR) and B.Carr (DB) from the Cheifs? That would be a good signing and would take careof two areas of need for our team.

What if Pace and Nagy were to trade x=y=z players this off season. Get another four or five draft picks and try and have a draft like the Bears had in the early 80's. Start building a new foundation for a generation. Why would that mean they have to win now or be gone. Set a true foundation of picks to build on and insure them a decade of control? Why does it have to be win now or gone. Change the whole thought process.

Willie Young is out playing both Jared Allen and Lamar Houston so with Ratliff being hurt He should be the answer at DE and Houston should go inside as well as Sutton getting more plays he was decent as well.

There are a couple plays I disagree with him especially the first one because that is a bad pass. Overall the breakdown does explain a few of the bad plays but also shows some positive stuff that I didn't pick up during the game such as Fields switching the play from pass to the Herbert 50yd run. He's still locked on some reads too long but it's still early in the season.

With Cole Kmet still only 23 yrs old, I took a look back at how the current top TEs looked before they turned 24 and I was pretty shocked. Right now, Kmet has 33 more receptions than the next best TE before the age of 24 and he needs only 68 more yards to pass Pitts (on IR) for the most yards by an (active) TE before the age of 24. If he gets 2 TDs, he would also tie Njoku for the TD lead with 9. Did you know Kmet was this productive at that young of an age? If he averages the same number of receptions and yardage he had last year (60-612) from 2023 until he was 34 (Kelce is 33), he would be in the top 5 for receptions by a TE (all-time).
