Ted was on the SCORE this morning with Mully & Hanley. The interview will be available on their website soon. Highlights (paraphrasing Ted): - The fact that a player like DA comes in at the end of the year and plays very well makes you question what is going on. - Believes Lovie and Jerry give the best chance to turn around the team quickly. - Playoffs are the standard for next year. - Hanley asked if Lovie and Jerry were out of contract, would he have extended them. The current press conference has Ted Phillips sounding defiant and also basically saying that Lovie will remain as coach and Ruskell will head the scouting operations.

Blast the list all you want, but here's a list of reasons why the Urlacher move was bad: 1) It hurts the clubhouse. Urlacher was an undeniable leader to the team. 2) It hurts with potential free agents. Urlacher is a respected figure in the NFL and his opinion has weight with other players. 3) His leadership will be gone on the field.
