Megapunt for another year. Hopefully not for too much, I am sure they wanted some continuity in their kicking game.

I have spent the last few years dogging Nagy, his scheme, and play calling. Pace's draft strategy, free agent choices. It is what it is and I need to change how I process those choices. I have listened to a few different opinions over the past week on things. !. With Nagy turning play calling over to Lazor I think it can give him a better perspective during the game. Instead of his head buried in the play call sheet looking for his next magic bullet he can see how the game is going. The Bears are now 3-7, but the offense has put up 29+ pts in the last 4 weeks. How much of this is Getsy "unlocking" Fields and how much is it Fields just being superhuman? For as much as I have liked some of what I have seen so far, this is a historically bad passing attack that can't win games. Without literally magician level stuff from Fields, how bad would this offense look right now? How hard is it to scheme players open? The Lions defense was one of the worst in the league and the Bears mustered only 167 yards passing with 50 coming on one play to Kmet. Has anyone seen a quick slant yet? Just curious on the thought of moving Daniel's back to center. I think that is were he flourishes, if he can overcome the mental aspects. I would feel better about it if the Bears can have a probowler like Warford on his right, but just read those talks are off. Still thought it would be worth considering. It is a difficult thought since it didn't work the first attempt, so do they scrap that idea? As a guard, he is not strong enough. At center, he wasn't ready to make the reads and calls. The organization is at a win at all costs point to save their jobs. What do they do?

Our seats sucked so we stood in the concourse in North endzone and watched on the Jumbo TV. Well long story short, it turned into a big old party which made it hard to watch every play. How did the Oline play? How was Tices play call? How did Cutler look overall? His numbers were not that bad... When did they pull the starters? Anyone else think Urlacher looked slow on that INT return? Maybe it was my beer googles lol Is this D fun to watch or what????

Gotta love the national media. We are now in the top 10 of most power rankings and our odds to make the playoffs is 3rd best in the league (behind LAR and KC). According to DVOA, we have the best defense in the league (by far) and the 2nd best team overall. We only have 3 games against teams that are in the top half of the league (LAR, GB, and NE). Those are ironically all home games, and the Rams is December 9th (Bear weather).

Not sure if anyone has caught on to this but former Bears WR Earl Bennett hosts a podcast (I guess you call it that on YouTube) called ProStyle Podcast. He recently had an ‘episode’ where he interviewed Robbie Gould and talked about various things to include he being from Chicago and encouraging him to return to the Bears.
