Chicago Bears Sign WR Kris Adams, G Ricky Henry, T Levi Horn, DT Jordan Miller, TE Andre Smith, LB Patrick Trahan and S Anthony Walters to the pratice squad ....and Marcus Harrision was signed by the Panthers today after being cut by the bears and chester Taylor is now a Cardinal. And in other news Tommie Harris was cut by the Colts.

This is going to hurt, but I am glad it is not season-ending. In other team news, it looks like they traded a 6th Round Pick for WR Jakeem Grant from Miami. He is a Return Specialist and will likely take over both the KR and PR duties with Herbert moving to RB2. Webster probably getting cut for his reluctance to even fair catch a ball last week like Ted Ginn did last year. Grant also has some speed, but until they used Goodwin and Byrd, he won't be much of an option on offense, which is fine with me.

I listen to M. Bennett on the score last nite, he is a real trip, well worth listening too. He will be on tues with Lawrence Holmes on Bears live at 7:00 , check it out. Alex Brown will play this weekend in Seattle and he did light workouts today on the side but was held out of the light walk through.The writer for this story is John Mullin who used to cover the Bears for the Tribune.

This short video gives a good glimpse into how Kromer coaches the oline.
