Making that move which has been reported locally would cost the Bears 8 of their possible 11 million in cap space basically handicapping them to make other moves. A deal needs to be done to give the team more flexability.

I'm amazed how many 1st Rd picks still have not signed their contract. I am very glad Emery kept Cliff Stein in the organization and continued to provide the resources to get all of our draft picks signed early. Detroit just got their 1st Rd pick signed yesterday and Packers and Vikings still don't have their picks signed. That's two of them for Minn.

Bears came in at 11: The additions of Reiff and Schofield helped out a lot. The line could be even better if Jones or Jenkins beat out Borom. Then the 2 that don't win the starting job become super subs with Mustipher as depth. That is a very solid O-Line and a lot better than last year.

The Hail Mary ended Flus's run, the team was sleepwalking after that game. My hope is this is the signature gritty win they were looking for, battling for 60 minutes to scrap out a last second win. Johnson needs to improve his play calling; felt like he was forcing the runs that were turning into instant lost yards. Then, with first and goal at the 2, you score on first down when you could have burned the clock all the way down and forced them to use their timeouts. A lot of learning points while getting a win going into the bye. They really need Edwards, Jarrett, Gordon, and Wright back.

If the Bears beat the Falcons this week and go to 3-0 behind Trubisky and the Eagles somehow lose to the Bengals to fall to 0-3 with Wentz, do you consider trading Foles to the Eagles if they come calling? NFL Draft 2021: Hoge's Bears Mock Draft 4.0 Of all the mock drafts I have reviewed, I think this one is one of the best. It has trades involved that are very realistic vs pipe dreams I also like the players selected. If this could become reality, I'd be excited beyond words Unfortunately, I doubt we'll come anywhere close to this predicted draft/
