Alright, we all know the following: 1. We're banged up 2. Our O line is bad 3. Our receivers have butterfingers on too many accossions 4. Our coaching staff leaves something to be desired 5. Our secondary is virtually non-existant 6. The DT slots are thinner than Nicole Richie 7. Urlacher is dinged up 8. Orton will have his first start in eons 9. AD ran wild on us last time 10. The Minny D is darn good However, we need to win this dammit! I want Orton to just rock! I want the D to come out of hibernation! I want Hester going off! I think this is possible. We are a trap game for Minny! They think they have us by the short and cu…

We made it to the superbowl last year with Lovie, Turner, and Rivera as the main coaches. Now, this year we lose Rivera and bring in Babich and on paper this current team looked better than last years. As we all have seen, this team has regressed from years previous and there are reasons for it but It seems everyone is overlooking the coaches, and blaming it on the offensive line, and Cedric Benson. Remember this summer? Remember John Clayton reporting on ESPN that Hester reminds him of Steve Smith with his receiver abilities and the way he has looked in camp? Remember hearing about how Olsen's athletiscm and his play making ability will help Rex Grossman immensely?…

I say, OL(1st round if there is a 1st rd LT out there, move Tait back to RT), Safety(high only if there is a mike brown type leader out there) Linebackers(Middle/Strong even if we resign briggs. I am concerned Urlacher will never be Urlacher again. ), DT/RB take your pick.

The ones that come to the top of my head are: Grossman Briggs Berrian Rueben Brown Mike Brown? Heres some guys Ive heard people discussing cutting, whether is feasible or not: Moose Walker Bradley Archuleta Miller Then Tommie is a F/A after next season obviously... Who do we keep and who do we let go? Who on the current roster would you like to see stay a Bear?

I don't know if football players believe in the term "slump" buster but here's a random story that I stumbled onto about Lisa Lampenneli apparently hooking up with a Bear player (they claim it to possibly be McBride). I sure hope that the player was trying his best to be a team guy and break the slump because any other reason is just well, gross. http://thebiglead.com/?p=3890

Does anyone else think its weird that Grossman hasnt been IRed yet or that we havent signed anyone else? Are we only carrying Orton and Griese for this game? I wonder if theres any chance Grossman isnt done for the season. We havent gotten any kind of description or timeline of his injury that I know of.

Can the threads be set to show the most recent posts at the top? Having to click to the second page to find the more recent posts takes time. And now that NFO got his head outta his ass, I'm sure we'll have some 400 page threads around here real soon.

Draft: The Bears Next 3 Opponents Vikings, Green Bay, New Orleans. We maybe come out 1-2 maybe 0-3, add to the fact that we are in evaluation mode meaning younger players will get more time. That doesnt bode well for our record but it helps are draft position. We are picking 11 as of now we might get lower than that not top 5 but maybe 6-10. I feel if we are in that range we can use a 1st and 3rd to Move up to get Jake Long. I really wanted to get Derek Anderson but i think Jake Long might help this team more in the long run. Rd 1 OL Jake Long(moved up) Rd 2 QB Colt Brennan (or another 2nd Tier QB) Rd 3 Used to move up to get Jake Long Rd 3 S (Craig Steltz …

Hi All, I'll be in the Pontiac, MI area for the Green Bay game... even though it might be meaningless, I need to watch it. I'm certain the Bears can, again, beat the Packers. Is anyone from that area? I looking for a bar to watch the game, as it won't be on regular TV (I contacted the local station there and asked). Go Bears!!

Check out the stats. There are at least 15 to 20 receivers I would consider above him. Hope he comes to his senses and realizes he is not getting top ten money. http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?tab...mp;d-447263-n=1 Peace

Per Len Pasquerelli of ESPN.com It isn't quite as good as him actually getting released, but if it is true it is good to see the Bears aren't thinking that this was just a bad season for Arch and that they can still plan on counting on him next year. Sans the oline and the hiring of a good OC, their isn't a more important need on this squad than the safety position. Bob Sanders is going to be a FA (was watching a piece about him on ESPN today) and the reality is safeties don't tend to get ridiculous money. So my question is this, if the Bears only had enough money to do the following, what would you do, if the Bears could only give big money to 3 guys t…
