This is simply a "what if" draft. You can use any teams' picks. Mine is, what if we had the Jets draft picks?

Reunited with DJ Moore after he made this play last season. Smart signing by the way.

I'm admitted a sucker for these things, and every team has the same type of thing where everyone says all the right things about how they can't believe they landed the guys they got, but I'll be damned if this doesn't get me fired up. Like havin' the coach's kid as a quarterback.... Sick of this regime's garbage

According to Ian Rapport reports. If true eladed and skeptical at the same time. Paying big money for a player that doesn't stay on the field enough.

Worth watching if you haven’t. Some takeaways: The Bears, right or wrong, are much more comfortable with D line than we are. I’m not even sure they went into the draft with it as a priority, though I expect they’ll see the need to add there today to shut people up if nothing else. They also pretty clearly were not really enamored with this DL class, which is probably why they signed so many DTs in FA (as I had been theorizing). Don’t expect there to be a big competition at C unless Jones really blows them away. The plan is clearly to start Bradberry. They see Shemar as DE, not DT. He was mentioned in the group of edges with Montez, Dayo, and Booker. I don’t necessarily …

Below are comments from NFL scouts after the National Championship against Auburn. In another thread, I posted my thoughts watching him play. I've also, added Joyner's. BTW, I've I stand before TJ was gassed from having the flu? As you can tell I'm a huge Jernigan fan Timmy Jernigan, DT: Jernigan was a dominating force in this game. Against the run, he used his quick hands to stack blockers and his lower strength to hold the point of attack. He violently shed blockers throughout the game and was disruptive for 3 1/2 quarters before gassing out late in the fourth quarter. Against the pass, his quickness was a problem for the interior of Auburn's offensive line. He …

Can you confirm you can see this and no issues. If you can see this - you are officially on the upgraded forum and seeing our new server. We finished our server migration and upgrade today. I will note that you may run into some issues in next 24-48 hours as we are on a new server - so your computer at home or work may access the site perfectly fine while your phone doesn't (or vice versa). Just let me know if you are running into any issues. Additionally - if you want to test post on here just to make sure everything is humming along that would be awesome.

Two designed swings to Hester

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39731763/bears-reach-one-year-deal-ex-rams-center-coleman-shelton Hard to get a read on this. The big prize Connor Williams is still available and would be a great fit but his injury recovery really clouds the contract talks. Is Shelton gap insurance if we sign Williams? Is he gap insurance to help a rookie come up to speed?

With them participating in hall of fame game - they can start training camp early. I don't know if that means we have more practices than other teams or if it is just you start earlier and have more off days. I'm presuming more practices - which hopefully is a good thing (presuming they manage player health etc). The actual extra pre-season game, meaningless to me - but probably cool for Bears to be there given Mongo getting into the Hall.

I just read an interesting article on si.com stating there has been misinformation about CW's fumbling issues. We've been talking about his 30+ fumbles in three years of college. According to the quote below (I assume it is correct), he really hasn't had nearly as much a problem holding onto the ball as the good old internet pundits have cried. I will have to check it out. But if true, one less thing to worry about.

Wow, this might be the best Bears Podcast show out there. Cole Kmet and Adam Hoge, then they bring in DJ Moore. Awesome info.

Here are my stand out players who I think will slip into the bottom of the 53-man. OFF - TE - Tommy Sweeney 6-75, 1 TD - With Kmet, Everett, and Lewis not playing ST, I think they carry a 4th TE, and it would be Sweeney. He also has been a key contributor with several ST tackles. WR - Dante Pettis 5-98, 2 TD - I think Pettis ends up as WR5/6 and is the lead PR. He looks healthy this year and reminds me of his time in SF where he looked like a solid WR2/3. Like Sweeney, Pettis has ST value. That might get him on the roster over Johnson and/or possibly Velus. DEF - Edge - Hardy 10 tackles, 3.5 sacks - This dude has really impressed. He is everywhere…

https://www.profootballrumors.com/2026/03/bears-to-sign-wr-kalif-raymond#ref=home $5mil is a lot for a returner. Gotta think Duvernay is gone and maybe he replaces the role OZ had too.

Odds are Justin will get traded. He has a long way to go to be a tier one QB, but you could win with him. He has some special in his game. Time moves on but one day Justin will get to a SB.

This is pretty underwhelming news I guess it fills a spot for the preseason and maybe longer while Turner gets up to speed Have to see the contract but hopefully it’s something we can easily walk away from https://bearswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/bears/2026/08/17/bears-sign-marcus-davenport/91340280007/
