I am shocked the line is only GB -1.5. They must be assuming Fields will play. We don't even know if Rodgers or Love will start. It will be interesting to see the injury report for both teams on Wednesday. I assume Fields is going to be another game time decision, but GB may know more about Rodgers my mid-week. So for right now, if Fields starts, I am going Bears 23-20 and if Siemian starts, Packers 27-17.

Walterfootball just released the combine measurements for the DL prospects so I figured I'd highlight some of the guys we've talked about. Jadaveon Clowney- 6-5 266 34 1/2 inch arms- I put him up there as sort of a measuring stick. Kony Ealy- 6-4 273 34 1/4- Pretty much right there with Clowney Kareem Martin- 6-6 272 35- The knock on this guy is his speed, he's projected to run a 4.9 while Ealy is expected to be in the 4.7 range. The Bears have a chance to win the Division, while knocking GB out of playoff contention, in front of their home crowd, it doesn't get much better than this. It should be one of those "passing the torch" type of games with a win. We need to stay ahead of Dallas and depending on if LAR or NO tank, we have an outside shot at a bye. Teams that could need QBs: Browns - Will draft QB at #2 Cowboys - May draft QB at #4 Niners - #7 Eagles - #13 (recent 2yr deal with Bradford) Rams - #15 Texans - #22 Chiefs - #28 (maybe) Broncos - #31 (maybe) So let's say only the Browns pick a QB at #2. After the Jaylon Smith news came out, I've seen varying reports about how far he'll drop. This has made me think about whether or not he'd be worth a risk, and at which point. In another thread this was briefly discussed. 1. Do you think he'll fully recover from the injury and become an pro-bowl caliber player? 1a. YES - In which round would you be willing to draft him? 1b. NO - Would you be willing to draft him? In which round? Very difficult question for the Bears, a team in the middle ground of the league.
