  1. Agreed. Maybe he's the last Angelo bust...
  2. Agreed. And the Wr's are bad. What the hell happened to Earl Bennett? He looked so promising as a contributor. Hester sucks period. Get him off the offensive playfield. We've been saying this for years now... I'd like to give Sanz a shot. Sure, he had some drops as a rookie. But let's see if he has progressed...

  4. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! PS - If you get the gig...please pen me in for PR. The Bears need better and I'm ready to rock it!
  5. The idea of coming up frutless on the picks doesn't mean you shouldn't try again. Those picks were, good or bad, JA's... Maybe Emery can pick them better? If a Luck were out there, that would be worth it. I don't know nearly enough about Klein....
  6. We have one certainty in the mix. The OL is garbage. Fix the OL and if the QB still is bad, then fix the QB. Fixing the QB will only have the potential of making the QB play slightly better. Fixing the OL, has the potential of making the entire offense significantly better.
  7. You're right. Plus, this club isn't prone to make any sudden moves.
  8. If we can't right this in the next few weeks, Tice needs to be ousted and let Bates give it a shot.
  9. Sure looked like it... I'm worried.
  10. I was in Vegas for that debacle and just got home. Thankfully, I only threw away $15 in bets on that turd sandwich. I sense the frustration on this board and in the fans I ran into this Monday. I am right there. So many here have pointed out OL is a problem. Here's what I walk away from this game with... 1. Disapointment. Yet again, on the grand stage we managae a performance that is truly embarassing. We didn't belong on the same field as SF on Monday. It doesn't matter really what the cause was. it just was. We looked out classed top to bottom. Yet again. Last time it was GB, this time SF. Any big game, big stage..plan for it. We will sh&t the bed. 2. Beathe deep. Reality says, it was one game. As bad as it was, virtually every SB wining team in the past couple years have had one of these. In fact, SF already had one this year against the Giants and couldn't finish off a Rams team we beat fairly easily. Sometimes the planets align. Sometimes they don't. 3. Take a second deep breath. As much as it was one loss...it did speak a lot. We see the continued problem on O. And we see a D that can get picked apart by a QB that isn't fustered. It's on, now. Every game, is a big one. Especially against teams we can beat. We basically need to win out. I expect another loss to GB since I've not seen anything that say we'll beat them. But, that should get us to 12-4 and a wild card berth. I expect GB to take the division. From there, strange thingw can happen. Sadly. We will playing a playoff game. Ie. Big game. Ie. We will sh&t the bed again on national TV and embarass oursleves. This is my fear with this squad. 4. No playoffs = new staff. Don't care why. Don't care how. It's time. If we can't get to the post, it's time to just hit the re-start button. As others have mentioned, even a quick one and done should result in the same. I believe that as well. We can pound on crap teams. But get pounded like crap by good teams. I'm tired of it. I'm holding steady and fully supporting this staff right now. But I want results. No results, and my support will be morphing into a cry for pink slips all around. But until we reach that point... Bear Down. This is going to be a bumpy ride... Hopefully, it'll be good.

  12. He gets the accolades when it's right...deserves grief if it goes bad...
  13. Agreed. He is a good back-up. Let him do his job. And the job is really to not F up. Checkdowns are fine. I don't expect him to beat SF. If we beat SF...my expectation is it'll be on D, with the running game, special teams or any combination of those.
  14. BINGO! 1. Urgency on the LOS is a must... We rarely have any. 2. Snap count change up is also a necessity 3. Hurry up once in a while...especially after some stagnation would be nice These are all on Tice at the moment. If not solved soon, they are soon on Smith.
  15. I thought he was supplanted because he was hurt? then they signed Palmer... Campbell is not starter material... But he was doing better in Oak than in Was to me recollection. Anyway...for a back-up checkdowns are not a bad thing.
  16. I would prefer you did...
  17. I guess I've been too used not not seeing him have an impact...
  18. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/...er-on-thursday/ Wouldn't that be a 3rd time for him?
  19. I have a problem with the guy saying he's glad he was Ko'ed...no remorse. In fact, glee. This guys were told the rules. Suspend.
  20. You of course know, that if he walks, by then we'll have built up a great O line...
