Sorry, no one is GOAT. It's greatest per era. In in that, Brady is the greatest of this era. Montana the last. Etc. The game is too different era to era as in every sport. This is way too early to take stock in any opinion as playing out... I am 100$ certain that the Bears are asking. I get the vibe they will leave no stone unturned. But, I don't think they've played their hand right now. Too much is in flux at the moment. Jimmy G could play in the SB and get hurt still...you never know.

That draft would address many needs. Really a good mix other than lack of a TE.

The team I'd most want to emulate is the Steelers. Only handful of coaches. Always in the mix. Break through every now and then to go all the way. Over-perform. Even with Kordell Stewart, Bubby Brister and others before Roethlisberger...they were getting tickets to the dance. It still took a good QB to go the distance. But, being in the mix for so long, so often is the desired goal. Plus, they aren't Green Bay. Oh yeah...F GB!

Thanks for doing this jason! Threads like this are what really makes this board fun! You have my preferences down correctly. At the moment, I have a slight lean on thinking the Bears will go for Trubisky... Not that I necessarily want him over others...but just a feeling.

I think I agree. The only pressure he is is to draft "A QUARTERBACK" somewhere in the first 3-4 rounds. That is unless he gets one via a trade like Jimmy G or Tyrod. And even then, I still see him drafting a QB somewhere in rounds 3-5. It's a make up call for the last 2 seasons...
