Exactly. Fox was a good coach in the league at one time but that has nothing to do with now. All that matters to the Bears is how is coaching for the Bears.

The only question Pace really needs to answer is if this offensive coaching staff can successfully develop Trubisky. He is the future of this franchise (good or bad). If he feels they are not, then Fox needs to go because we've already seen what happens with the revolving door at offensive coordinator under Lovie.

No way would I keep Glennon on the roster at his current salary. He sucks and he would be the most expensive backup in football. I would rather keep Sanchez around and draft a QB late.

I knew we were going to get crushed but we looked absolutely horrendous on the field. The loss doesn't bother me. Looking like you don't belong on the field does.

Per Adam Hoge on Twitter:
"Things are tense today at Halas Hall. A loud argument between players just erupted in the hallway adjacent to the media room. Hard to tell exactly who was involved. #Bears"
IMO - Fox is losing this team.

We probably did see his best game but they get paid to make kicks with the game on the line and he failed. It's good they finally made the change.

They brought in Santos last week but I still don't think he is healthy enough. I would take him at 75% over Barth right now so I say go ahead and sign him.

What offensive coach in their right mind is going to come in and work with a lame duck head coach? Unless you are going to extend Fox, which you shouldn't, you are going to have to replace the coaching staff.
