The only question Pace really needs to answer is if this offensive coaching staff can successfully develop Trubisky. He is the future of this franchise (good or bad). If he feels they are not, then Fox needs to go because we've already seen what happens with the revolving door at offensive coordinator under Lovie. Peace

No way would I keep Glennon on the roster at his current salary. He sucks and he would be the most expensive backup in football. I would rather keep Sanchez around and draft a QB late. Peace
