If I remember correctly, McCaskey also was wanting to make the assistant coaches contracts not guaranteed but he wanted that kept between McGinnis and him. I just remember McGinnis and his wife walking through the airport on the way back to Arizona and his wife was balling her eyes out. I wrote a letter to Viriginia McCaskey about how awful it looked for the organization but I never heard back from them. Peace

I agree on cutting Demps and I do like the combination of Amos and Jackson. However, we don't need to extend Goldman or him in the offseason. We can wait until during the season or before FA next year. Peace

Would you extend Fox or is he playing out the last year of his deal? If Fox is on the last year of his deal, who is the offensive coordinator? Unless Mike McCoy is will to take the job with little or no guarantee he is going to be with the Bears after a year, I don't see another viable option. Peace
