They are so close yet so far away. I am not sure if the personal we have will even fit a new regimes vision if Kevin Warren decides to keep it or tear it apart. To be honest, our 2025 draft class should be rich but the talent is not that strong this year and rookies normally do not make that big of a difference year 1.

So many needs to build this team up. Caleb needs a speedster with hands to replace Allen. 2 or 3 or even 4 stud oline. 3T, Safety, CB has to be considered since Stevenson lost the juice.

I am only for Brown if he makes the offense like we thought preseason on paper. If they do start exploding on offense, then blow the coaching staff up. I think Brown can help so it's a slim chance. Otherwise, I want to see a proven guy. Kingsbury is nagy 2.0 in my opinion. If he can't get the offense going, he loses the veteran Def 4 or 5 games in.

Espn did a special on Thomas, that kid has drive and is smart. He will be a top wr for years.

Add that his oline has been basically decimated with injuries too. The Bears do not have enough resources to fix that with needing a 3T, DE, S and WR too.

He may be able to construct and DC a top 10 Defense, I'll give him that. He cannot call a superbowl winning D though. He is a bottom 10 HC that will never get this team into the playoffs.

I had Thomas as my top wr for the Bears pre-draft. I wanted the Bears to trade down some so they could have found a way to draft C Zach Fraizer too. I think Odunze will be great here, but you have to find ways to get the most talent.

No other team can replace the Bears. If i give up on them, then I am done wasting my time on the sport.

It all starts Sunday for me. If they lose, then I might jump on the high draft pick wagon. They need so much talent on the oline that I'll take that slot to help achieve that need

I feel like his attitude was a disease that spread in the locker room. Players know he is the highest paid lineman and they watched him not take care of his body, play poorly, and he did not give AF about his teammates. Now that the team finally canned him, they won't have those negative thoughts about that. It should have been done during camp, but I'm sure the bank keepers didn't want to see that kind of money scrapped.

They are also close pals, so I don't know you can let Poles go without upsetting Ian. They work together and Poles might go against Ian's wishes on some calls but Poles talks to him the insight.

Whoever they hire will probably have Trace Armstrong as their agent. Poles, Eberflus, amd Waldron all have Armstrong. Poles is also responsible for allowing Fields and Williams to operate complex offenses and not dumbed down. Instead of breaking the young QBs in with a one read split field, they are asked to drop back and read the defense. There is a reason these QBs both led the NFL in being sacked.

3 weeks ago, I was pretty excited to be going to this game. I am now only excited to tailgate and check out the scenery.

So Nate Davis was told he was going to be active today backing up Bates and he woke up with an injury. There has to be a way to void that contract when he is intentionally not fulfilling it.

They announced CW starter before even setting foot on the practice field. He has been regressing every week, had 2 good games, maybe. They are ruining this kid and he'll end up being a bust unless they find a miracle way to save him

This is what the Bears are, hot garbage. Right now, all the rookie QBs seem to be better players than CW. This team falls on the GM. I'd give him one more year and if he cannot make an instant winner, he needs to be fired.

He deserves all the criticism along with the receivers not being on the same page on where to be. CW has been hit many times (oline) and his timing is not the greatest either. Not sure how well his feet are planted since I haven't looked too closely there

How about Allen in the slot, he is a little slower and has a niche to get himself open. Put DJ at the Z and Odunza at X.

DJ stepped off the field because he became an ineligible receiver by stepping out of bounds. Did he step out on purpose? Was he injured since he limped a little? But since he was not forced out, he couldn't be a target.

Herbert will rack up the yards and the Bears will look foolish again. At least we got a 7th, we might find our future LT again.
