That second drive, where he felt the sack coming and moved like it was nothing, and go thte first down on his feet. Loving this guy!!

You could see him go through his progressions, and he was putting the ball right where just his guy could get it. Plus, it was against the 2's and not guys just trying to make the team, and during a 2 minute drill. Heck of a start.

Our Franchise QB has his first Pre-season TD, in the 2 minute drill, can't beat that.

Trubisky. I could see him surprising everyone and becoming starter by hard work and talent, and not needing the year to develop.

If Decker is good to go, I would love to see him on the team, solid player.

We have our franchise QB finally, so we don't have to worry about that again. Plus, the fact that a QB can be compared to the whole defense, it just shows the importance of QB.

Trubisky, still my dream draft, dont care about the rest. However, I am high on who we got.

I am not a fan of Pace, but he gave me Trubisky. This could be our Graham. Simms was overpaid but I think the Bears were ok spending, and sims can block. Miller's injury and his age/injury history makes him the position one of need. I just didn't feel it was the biggest ned. I'm ok with the pick till we know more, there was a run at other positions including this one we needed or a lack of talent. Edit: Tight ends are a growing QB's best friend, be it Trubisky or even Glennon.

I would lose. I would have bet on the Bears drafting D and Watson if they got a QB at the pick. I just happened to get the one I wanted, it's going to be a nice 15 years.

I'm a big fan of getting an OT too. Just got home from work, will have to look at how many were taken and why he fell and so on. I'm just got excited we got a QB. OT is the next biggest need always imho because of the importance of the position, then CB, S, WR, and TE.

1. The trade up value wasn't too much. San Fran likely had other trades on the table, and Pace saw his QB. 2. It was necessary, see 1. San Fran's pick has been up for grabs and the interest in Trubisky had shot up lately. 3. The Bears have holes, but holes are covered up by a Franchise QB. A safety hole isn't as bad as a QB hole. They just sealed the biggest hole on the boat if he turns out, and will make this team a competitor for years to come. 4. Glennon's contract was wasted money no matter what. This year teams were trading picks to sell their cap space. The Bears just had too much money available and had to spend some for this year when they got Glennon.

I love it, got who I wanted, and paid the price to get him. I'm excited, and looks like I get to be on the other side of the Grossman debate this time, lol. Defending Trubisky.
