  1. There is a huge eclipse next month. Total darkness...🤣
  2. If we can sign and draft EDGE and sign and draft OL, that would help us get two weapons to throw to. This is a very deep WR and TE class. I would love to come out with two WR's and a move TE.
  3. Dang, Simms has been hot on picking the best QBs. I may have to take his lead. BTW - welcome to the board. Good Chris Simms QB calls 2017: Called Patrick Mahomes the most special QB in the draft. 2018: Ranked Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen over Mayfield/Darnold/Rosen. 2020: Had Burrow-Herbert-Love-Tua as top 4. 2023: Ranked C.J. Stroud over Bryce Young.
  4. I'm liking that the market is flooded with safeties and IOL...
  5. I think we all agree Justin improved. My only concern is, did he grow enough? It's still the biggest story of the year. I'm 💯 on board with what Poles does, while praying Warren and George don't meddle.
  6. That's the way I feel about Maye. There are a lot of YouTube video breakdowns out there now. There are flaws, but damn the package is there. You guys should check him out. I personally think the media is sand bagging.
  7. Sorry Pix.  I was being a dick.  I'm growing weary of PHX...

  8. That's why I've always said Drake Maye. He played in a pro system that required him to read both safeties and go through progressions. And now, JJ McCarthy too.
  9. Way more ability than Jones. And yes, you just shook me...🤪
  10. Ryan Bates is obviously another stop gap acquisition. He plays C/OG. He wasn't good enough to start for Buffalo to so he isn't good enough for us. In comes Harbaugh: he says McCarthy is a player and his combine backed it up. He was bigger and had a stronger arm than anticipated. JJ also blew teams away with his interviews. That being said, here it is...
  11. Not sure if we want any of these, but it does bring up a good point. Our greatest value may come in the form of a trade for a young player under contract.
  12. I just didn't see something like this on the horizon. Teams usually don't trade for depth pieces. I don't hate, but it threw me. Then, why did the Bills choose to trade him now after they paid him the signing bonus last year? It's something you don't often.
  13. Same here. He was my oldest and most trusted friend. He was passing a kidney stone and went into cardiac arrest. We were talking about getting together the week before. My condolences.
  14. He's trusted. I just narrowed my list to the ones GM's call. I'm not sure if he's one of them or not.
  15. He was the OG of trusted sources. RIP
  16. Can we please not post rumors as fact? Unless Poles, Flus, Schefter or Rappaport put it out there, it's a rumor. GM's talk to those two guys first because they are verified as trustworthy. We're gonna get a lot of people talking shit over the next 7 weeks. I will only believe those four. And maybe Grizz, if he has Trubisky news...
  17. Blows my theory straight to Hades. I honestly need to stop looking at QBs, if this is correct.
  18. Have Skip and Shannon ever agreed? 🔥🍻
  19. The reasons I don't want Caleb have nothing to do with talent. I truly believe his talent is immense. I don't want: My leader crying to his mother in front of the world. It's just pathetic My leader drawing attention to himself, while he's already the focal point. It's a direct sign, that something other than team first is in play. (Painted nails) My leaders Dad looking for ways to circumvent the CBA. It's disrespectful to his senior peers that paved the way for him. It also speaks volumes to the major pain in the ass negotiations will be on the rookie deal, let alone the franchise QB deal. My leader to willfully sit out of the medical evaluations, making it harder for teams to determine his level of health. My leader to not have an agent. We all know that has future drama written all over it. My leader to have teammates celebrate winning by making targeted references about him that paints a negative image. I truly believe he has superior footwork and arm talent. From what I understand, he also has a tremendous work ethic. Respective to his expected draft position, he has the highest boom to bust ratio. And if he busts, it will be a devastating blow to the franchise and fan base. My preference is for less disaster in the bust portion. Those QBs would be Maye, McCarthy and Penix. (And Justin) This is my sole opinion, from my weekend long vibe, with input from my father and trusted friends.
  20. I tried to catch a vibe with Caleb yesterday. He made an appearance for about an hour. I watched as he walked around. It seemed like like he was in his in own little world, completely unaffected by the limelight of fans yelling at him and reporters seeking attention. He simply sauntered around, occasionally smiling up at the crowd. Honestly, he reminded me of a guy enjoying a beautiful day in the park. Oddly enough, Drake Maye was the complete opposite. He was hanging with players and coaches and watching every drill and test. He was completely oblivious to the crowd. His entire being was locked in on what the rest of his peers were doing. Both had a confident look about them. Maye looked like a guy on the grind, while Williams looked at peace.
  21. You are correct sir. Nix is an older Bagent. Leggette is an absolute mutant. He made some money yesterday. McCarthy was outstanding on the in and out routes. His warmup partner was Jerry Rice. He missed a few of the go routes, overthrowing each recorder by the exact route. Milton is a physical specimen with a cannon. The backs from Tennessee and Texas really impressed us.
