He also had a couple of pressures. It wasn't a Mack game, but he definitely put her fuel in their pass rush.

I like that BJ has some ammo in his holster. He can look at Caleb anytime and say, "your backup outworks you". Whether it's true or not, to Caleb there has to be some believability. As to Braxton, the book "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", it says that if you do the same thing for 21 days it becomes a habit. Maybe they are trying to keep Braxton on edge in an attempt to bring consistent technique. To me, he seems lazy. This happens to big guys. When trying to maintain weight, you gotta eat bigger meals and sleep more. Comfort also breeds stagnation.

I'm looking forward to this game so badly, it's painful that it's on MNF. Going back to Ben's first press conference, he said that he's going to taylor the offense to its talent. He hasn't schemed for a top tier mobile QB yet, so I expect several wrinkles with Caleb's feet. He hasn't had two above average TE's he can use in 12 personnel packages, so I expect that to be a higher ratio than what was used in Detroit. He also hasn't had a DJ Moore or Luther Burden that are excellent as RAC guys, so I expect some mismatch razzle dazzle in the run game with those two. He doesn't have Jamir Gibbs and Jameson Williams type of speed to play with, but I think with what we have happening underneath, there are going to be a lot open shots for big gainers downfield.

Wow, I thought had tenure. I started playing in 98. With the same sharks still...

Dude, if you get triggered that badly, I feel bad for you. For starters, I'd never talk smack with you if I didn't like you. Same with coaches. If they dog you, they think you're worth it. The big danger is when they stop talking. Gaslighting is too woke of a word for me. You can either man up and take some ball busting or be an overly sensitive lil bitch. I'm good with either. Your choice Bear brother. And you did rate Trapilo as better than Jones, so own it. You were so wrong they have him working at right tackle. No, I don't think Braxton is good. He's average. We both want better. But he's the best we've got.

It was sarcasm and meant to be a dig, in jest. Since you evaluated the left tackle battle so poorly, I was calling BS to you calling BS. You can look at film and form an opinion about OL, but you simply don't understand the position.

Since you got the Trapilo thing so right, I call BS to your BS...🤪🤌🏽🍻

Braxton is now a four year starter and has been graded in the middle. Thayer said he sees improvement every week. I'm not concerned, unless he re-injures.

Since my name was brought up again, I'll say this; it's annoying to read something and question it to be told I should assume it's meaning. Words in person mean a lot less because of expression and inflection. Written words need to be more concise because the only thing you have is the words and punctuation. I choose not going to argue it anymore, because it's out of my control and I'd rather be bros than foes. Have a beer in me... Never argue with a fool; onlookers may not be able to tell the difference

I can't wait for when they don't rank us last in our division. That will come in nine days...💥

Not podcast, but if you are watching the Illinois game tonight. Just heard my wife's nephew is starting at right guard #66, Brandon Hansen. He's only 18 and a complete monster. 6'6 335 and a size 16 shoe. Here's a pic of him at 15yo...

I've been trying to call the espn1000 show to blow them some shit. Everything they are whining about today is wrong. Jurko took the day off so they lost all common sense. First they said the Bears don't have deep enough pockets to pay that huge signing bonus. Wrong! The NFL shared a record revenue of 432 million per team last year. Do they think the Packers have that and we don't. Then they start crying about he's going to GB and we should've stopped it be signing him. That's not how professional franchise work. Lastly Clark was their best run defender and Parsons will now be their worse. Looking back at huge EDGE acquisitions, the only ones that worked were the ones that had established franchise QBs. Don't make me repeat that. Favre got Reggie White and Aikman got Charles Haley. We got Julius Peppers with sexy Rexy and GB just got Parsons with Love. I hope everyone sees the difference. We aren't ready because Caleb isn't ready. Until we know if he can play, the the big gambles go to the offense.
