    Combine..

Here's my view for the day. Sitting with the Michigan parents. And got to talk to coach. I told him I wished he was our coach. "They didn't want me"
  3. Sounds like that gives us the opportunity for a couple of poison pill contracts.
  4. That's how I read it. So, it would be 1, 8 and 9. We could make multiple trades from there.
  5. If Poles can get a first, that would help us get JPJ at the right value.
  6. I really like Ryan Poles. He's confident, yet humble. It makes him an easy guy to talk to. He says the right things about his players by showing them the respect they deserve. I can only imagine that the other GM's and coaches find him easy to work with. All of these things create a great reputation around the league. I really hope Warren and the family take into consideration everything he brings to the table. I would love to see him here for the next twenty years...
  7. You say this, but you are the king of saying how things will be. Quite frankly, I wish you were right on most of the things you say will happen.
  8. Trade the one and draft my boy! https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTL1prcQJ/
  9. Dayum! JPJ and Fuaga are animals. Haynes is the only overkill, since Fuaga will be a guard.(but the depth is amazing) Wright, Fuaga, JPJ and Jenkins on the same line would be nasty. Of course you know I love Bowers and Odunze.
  10. I think you're forgetting the depth that is already pushing to start.
  11. That's the price teams pay to be good. Trade the ones you can't sign. Then you get comp picks for the ones you lose. In the end, you pay QB, LT, RT, EDGE and WR.
  12. Just heard Williams and Daniels aren't throwing at the combine. I really want to have the eye test, live...
  13. Bowers is different. You can line him up so many different ways. Waldren uses a lot of twelve personnel, plus Kmet first need every snap. There been a common threat lately with the teams that go the farthest. Great center, move TE and defense. Kmet is more of a tank, where Bowers is more of an attack helicopter.
  14. These pop ups are pissing me off. They've become more random...
  15. I don't think we go OT, so receiver or edge for me. That includes Bowers.
  16. Now, you are just toying with the last emotion I have...🤣
  17. If this could happen, it would sway me to keep Justin.
  18. That's a lot of loot. No center has ever made over 15 mil a year. Three years 45 mil sounds better.
  19. Poles definitely needs to shore up the OL. It's my only knock on him from last draft. I wanted him to draft an OG or C with a high pick and he got neither. I'm still there if he doesn't get one in early FA. But, I will rule out LT at number 9. There will be a top edge player or WR available. Speaking of free agency. I truly believe that will be the tell all. Because if we are trading the number one, we won't need so many bodies in free agency. I expect if Poles makes a trade for the one, it will be early, like last year. Then, if we keep the one, I believe we trade the nine.
  20. Just watched Waldren. It interesting how he continually used words like adapt, adjust and flexible. Flus used those in his presser, as well, and they happen to be what Getsy was not. I love that Waldren has called plays before. I also love that his contemporaries followed him here from the Seahawks. Just viewing his presser shows how much more polished he is than Getsy. How bout the new look Flus? I didn't recognize him at first. Looking good kid...
  21. I was thinking of keeping Braxton. He has improved each year. As far as draft capitol is concerned, I'd rather see a couple receiving weapons, edge, 3T and safety come into play before replacing our LT.
  22. I was talking to my buddy today. He played D1 college and and German pro football untill he was 35. He said, football players don't respect some men that played and coach, let alone women.
