We all have to remember Poles drafting habits, he likes athletic prospects. Daniels would seem to be the perfect example. He said he needed someone to blow him away to draft #1. Whether you like him or not Poles has made the last 2 years off season the most anticipated since I have been a Bear fan. Lots of drama coming. There are so many opinions you will see it will be at nauseum. If people really knew how to pick a great QB, there wouldnt be so many making bad picks. The is its very hard.

If we end up with the first pick, he more likely can trade it for more than he got last year with higher graded QB prospects, the team is still lacking blue chip players. Now if he thinks Williams is special, he will take Williams, it's all about how he grades the QBs. If either QB is not as projected, he could trade back twice. Imagine the haul he could get in that case. Some genius said to win a SB, you need at least 10-12 blue chip players. Never broke that down to know how true that might be.

I'm not sure Poles should be criticized for passing on Stroud. In the draft he was never lauded as a special QB, he was the second best prospect last year. Poles just dismantled hid team, Fields showed to have special traits. He needed to add weapons for the QB. Moore and 2 first rounders redefine your team. It's great that Stroud is doing well but no one predicted that. Post judging is always going to win over pre judging.

Just like you people have changed my mind on points. There is no right or wrong opinions. Its not a competition. Conversations is a healthy way to grow wisdom. Actually PHX has opened my mind to what's best for the team is an elite QB, no matter how much I want Justin to succeed. Its about winning and I trust Poles to find what is best for the team. My question is change for change sake isnt always the best choice. BUT , the season is not over and I am hopeful. Poles is going to do what Poles wants to do, not because of my opinion. If we end up with the best option at QB, Im all in on that.

Wow it's almost 15 years for me. It's not like it's a normal friendship but definitely a kind of bonding thing in an odd way. Jason has been on here a long time and added a lot before but not so much anymore. Someone else that I'm forgetting his handle isn't around anymore that I use to enjoy his contributions. There is a ton of good WRs this year, Colemen, Nabors, Odunze, Edgbuka, Franklin. Two I like are Xavier Legette and Malachi Corley. Legette is a beast and Corley is a Deebo Samuel clone.

I like everybody on here but have issues with one. Everybody sees that , I dont really care what he thinks. I make comments on here and have opinions, making a comment of my definition of what I think a true fan might be, is not an attempt to ripe someone's jugular out. Call me selfish but its easy for me to drive from the Rockford area to Arlington Heights than downtown. It has a great skyline view but the rest of the experience isnt pleasant. You cant change Chicago traffic but they will set up the stadium to make it user friendly. New stadium will be cool but the community around it will be an awesome experience.

They bought the race track and that's where it will be going, all of this side chatter is just posturing to get the country to relinquish its unfair tax increase. The race track was valued at 33 mil and after the Bears bought it , they increased it valuation to 197 mil. It is now just raw land , the bears ask them to keep the base as it was and then revalue it at what ever its value is once the stadium is built. I dont think that is a unfair request.

I think Poles either gets rid of everyone or keep everyone but any of these choices are premature. If we win 3- or more games, probably keep everyone, if we only win one or two, everybody probably goes.

We should always try to win, if we win8-9 games that helps the culture to change to a winning culture. Any fan that roots for us to lose, isnt a true fan.

As we view the top pick, if the Bears win 3 or 4 games we could drop out of the top 10.

At 71 the ingame experience isnt as appealing . I had season tickets for 2 years, many years ago during Payton's career and loved the ingame. I would go to 6 games a year but tried to avoid the cold ones.

I think if Poles gets rid of Flus the new coach will influence who they want as QB. Odds are a drafted QB but if someone like Harbaugh gets the job , he made Kappernick a star , dont sit on him not wanting Fields to stay here. The game he played against Justin they lost 56-27. He wont forget that. He may want to hedge that bet with also drafting McCarthy to.

Cardinals are struck with Murray, they dont get cap relief from his contract until 2027. There are lots of good WRs in this draft , they may also trade back because of needs. They could trade back get a OT and a WR in the second. The top 2 picks will be QBs and doubt we will keep the top spot and draft MHJ. Giants have Jones for at least one year if not 2. The big money controls these situations.

Its fantasy but Crosby and Sweat? that could be very interesting.

Seen a proposed trade of the #1 pick to LV for ( currently) 11, #42, #1 next year and Max Crosby. Would you do that trade knowing our pick wont be top 8?
