Does anyone else find it interesting that Cleveland in the last 2 games is an offensive juggernaut 36- 34 at halftime and they could only manage 20 points against us?

I dont think he drops out of the top 5, he will have choices. Would he trade with LV, they are currently 13. If we could get Max Crosby, 3 1s 24-25-26 and a second 24-25?

This offsesaon is going to be more interesting than the regular season with all the teams needing QBs. Read a story where Washington wanted Williams, as of now, they pick 3. So we trade back to 3 and we could still get MHJ, a second and nexts yrs #1 and a second. Who can we pluck from ther roster?

He's not a big Fields fan but understands that to change QBs , you need someone to standout to be taking another QB and getting rid of Fields. Just drafting a QB for sake of change isnt a god idea. True, true ,and true. Poles hired Flus and I dont think he only gives him 2 yrs to prove himself. That's not logic. Now if we lose both of these games, that might change Poles mind. Its not treading that way thou.

My view is Flus will tell him that Poles gutted the roster in his first yr and took some wins away from for that. So when everyone throws the losing record as a reason to get rid of him, it doesnt fly. If he finishes with 7-8 wins, hard to argue we are not getting better. No way Poles ever thought we would make the playoffs in yr 2 of a rebuild.

Everyone is talking up Cleve, a team we dominated for 3 quarters in Cleveland. Everybody condemns us for having lost 3 games late in games, the fact were we in those games after bring 3-14 last yr, tells me , we are getting better. I view those games as a positive not a negative. It appears you and I are playing in the finals, is there anyway I can get pity from you? I dont belong here fininshing in 6th place. FFL

When the season ends, we will see the evaluation process. If he is Joe Burrows, i want Poles to take him, he will decide that. I think Maye or Daniels could be it to, just dont know. Poles will do everything to find out. he may not think any of them are special and bring back Fields and draft Nix or Penix. Everything is on the table.

Anyway you want to show it we got better in year 2 of a 4 year plan. Wasn't that Poles plan to begin with. Flus ain't going anywhere.

I read where his average time at holding the ball before he throws is 3.4 seconds, isn't that what people complain about with Justin. He plays wildcard a lot, same as Justin. I will keep close tabs on his evaluation process. There has to be a reason so many people like him. It can't be just based on stats. If he turns into Joe Burrows, the team will buy in quickly. They can see what fans see besides they still get paid whoever the QB is.

There is only so many jobs in the NFL, you may not get a top choice but those guys are in line for HC jobs anyway. That's not going to be a problem. I'm sure Poles and even Warren will have input in to the new hire it won't be Flus choice by himself. Getsy is stuck on systems, just find one that is flexible. Maybe a college coach ? It doesn't have to be from a NFL team.

Poles has no reason to change his 4_year plan because of outside noise. Now Fields is 50-50 on being here for obvious reasons. It all comes down to his QB evaluation of rookie QBs.

Poles is always thinking about the cap when making decisions and wants to build thru the draft. Odds of giving up what it would take to get Hebert would be to high.

With the ability if Kmet and Moore you would think Getsy would target them all the time. Can't figure out his game planning.

Stats tell a story but anyone can beat anyone. It happens all the time. We need to run the ball well and be ahead on TOs and we will win the game. Hopefully Kmet and Moore play.

The last two choices for sure because they have a history of designing an offense around the strenghs of a player over systems. Even if Fields is gone, you need adaptabity.

The wrong answer for Poles will be discussed after we see one year from now what choice he made and how well that person did.
