I dont think we would get two picks and more likely a second rounder. His production, price tag and injury history isnt going to get us a first. I think he is worth it, but look what players have went for in the past, we wont be getting a first rounder.

I subscribed to PPF for fantasy information and it has some substance but it isnt the end all for football. Whitehair is going to be a player , and hopefully the OL gets there shit together and starts playing more consistently. I like Pace but getting Massie was a bad choice, he isnt very good.

I dont always agree with Hub but he is a pretty smart guy. He for years was saying that at the end of his career Peanut should have been playing free safety, and I thought that was spot on. He totally bad mouth the Long draft choice and then later admitted his was way wrong. He is worth listening to. If you load the tune in ap on your smart phone or computer you can listen to the score all the time. Some are there I love and Bernstein is a tool, but adds lots of humor with his stuffiness.

Injuries are not something you plan, its sucks for him and us. The one thing it will do is force the bears to give jeffery a contract, cant let him get away. Listening to Fox right now, i think the injury is a by product of his leg being weaker from the first injury.

I think we have several young players that towards the end of the year will be looking good.
-
Myles is the top rated player in the draft and we will need to be top 3 to even have a chance at him, which I can see happening.
-
That time has passed, lets hope this group works it out and it ends up showing in victories at some point in time.

I think Loggins is over his head but changing now probably not a good idea. There are plenty of people out there, Roman got axed by Ryan.
-
There are so many areas of concern, he may be a little down on the list. I think Loggins is over matched. I see no imagination in his play calling. There is a gross lack of talent, it shows on game day. Injuries are not an excuse but, they show the lack of depth. We need a QB prospect to hang out hat on if we're going to be bad at least show us a future possibility. We need progress in the growth of young players. I think White has looked better each game but the rest is a mess that needs some urgency in their play. We may be the worst team in the league and the only good thing with that is a first 3 pick scenario. So next year we will have our QB and should have a few more high picks that can contribute right away. We need to see progress with White, Whitehair, Leno, Bullard, Floyd, Hall, Amos, and Bush.

As most people have pointed out, Cutler is a mid tier QB. No one is putting him in the hall of fame. He functions well when he has a good OL, good WRs and a good OC. His faults are when under pressure he makes bad decisions. Most QBs screw up a lot when put under pressure. The fact is Cutler is our best option until we find another one. If we build this right, he can succeed. Your problem is you if you dont like someone, you nikky negative and if you like someone you are loyal to a fault. HE HAS FAULTS, not one person here argues that, but he has some good points too, which you almost never point out. The money thing is stupid, most QBs get paid no matter of their worth, that is the nature of the position. Your entitled to your opinion and most people disagree with your totalitarian hatred, as you stand on a crumbling fault line. Its funny how your opinions get so much flax on here, you should put a little more thought into your posts and take the blinders off.

As far as winning, Forte left one year to early, but as far as future, once the Oline jells, we have enough talent to be a good running team.
-
He has a great valve right now, but one-if he has some injuries going forward his valve goes down, 2-if lousy QB play decreases his overall performance, now may be better than later. For me everything is about getting a QB prospect sooner than later, all new players will have great risk but until we get a QB prospect, our potential success will be a long way off. It was just a suggestion as something that may be possible to happen, there are not a lot of QBs sitting around as a #2 on teams.
-
I think in a few games he will become the lead back on this team. Fox states we want to be a running team, but Langford's ineffectiveness causes us to pass.
-
The main reason of the post is to get a QB prospect that can start playing now with Cutler hurt could have gotten some valuable playing time and start the cycle.
-
I find you annoying and always look for what you have to say.
-
I would love him to be here his whole career just dont think he wants to and the club doesnt tag him for a second time.
-
Do you ever notice, most of your posts are negative responds to anything. Life was meant to be enjoyed , lighten up.

I am the biggest contributor of explicit avatars and have no problem not doing it. I view this as a group of adults and no longer have small children never even gave it a thought. For all the years I have been on here, I have never had anybody complain but many say positive opinions. I apologize for not being user friendly, this is the first I notice your thread and would have pulled it the first time anybody complained. Im not a bonehead, just past the young children years in my life. When my grandchildren visit, I am to busy spending time with them to think about being on here at the same time.

So far there as been only one successful runner type QB, Newton, some like Rodgers and Wilson can run but QBs that get hurt a lot so we dont want to encourage that in the NFL for a franchise QB.
-
There are lots of points we can bring up, of coulda, shoulda , but lets work on what is possible today.

After this year Crabtree has no guaranteed money left. They part ways with him and they have 9 million and with trading those 3 player would gain another 3 mil.,maybe they have to trade Crabtree in the deal.

I heard that Goldman could be out 4 weeks with a high ankle sprain.
-
Your silly, Cutler is much better than Gabbert

totally agree, Fox has did a good job every where he went, he may not take us to a SB but he will build the roster with players and have good coaches around him. I do not think he is a good gameday coach but that is what Gase did well. We need to give loggins some time to see what he can do. He was with us last year and I am sure he learned some stuff from Fox and Gase, we need to give him time.
-
NO no no 1---Loggains has to grow to. Lets go by history, McCoy worked under Fox and became a hc, Gase worked under Fox became a hc. There initial careers were spotty. Let Loggins show us what he is, two games does not prove or disprove his ability. The key to solid franchises is stability so we need to give this more time. 2---Paces firt draft choice got hurt, he couldnt do anything about that and so far we have two games into Whites progress. need more time Floyd is a work in progress, we just need more time. How would you like to have drafted Clowney or Greg Robinson in 2014? there are just not starting to shine 2015-Donte Fowler was hurt his first year and the jury is still out. 2016-Goff hasnt seen the field yet with a bad QB leading there team, Bosa is just now getting playing time. ITS TO EARLY TO FORM A HONEST ASSESSMENT 3 Fox is a proven winner, he came here with one of the worst rosters in the league, he needs time to change that. Toub has no history to just turn over a team to him.Bad idea 4 Gould is gone, we will go with a lousy K until we get a young new one. 5. Cutler is the best option we have and until we get a replacement , he will be our QB.
