I dont think we go wrong which ever one drops. Would you rather have Julio Jones or A J Green. eni meni mite mo
-
I would say we were probably 4-13 mil. In that area of an offer. There were be some help along the way, just not names we were expecting.
-
If you take the two QBs out, then anyone of those players drop to 7 we have to take it. If its off the first list, then we should trade back. Shelton-Beasley-Scherff, grab one if available if we drop back.

would you swap our 7th to Saints for their 13th and 31st picks

It would be better in the long run, just dont see NO buying in to our logic. -

I agree, however they rated they draft board. I read many places there are basically 10 studs in this draft(of which I dont agree with because MM and Winston are two of those, will never be worthy of there drafted position)So if they see some slipping by the time there pick is up, move back and get one a few spots down. -
Now Lewis is gone, going to be slim pickings for a cheap price. Maybe Rolle can talk Stevie Brown into coming here, not a bad player.

A Samson Satele/OC is being looked at for our team. Last year played at Miami
-
He is the Aldon Smith player in Fangio's defense. McP will play all over the field. When healthy Young will be the other OLB and Houston will play LDT because of his size. I see David Bass as being the trump card here, I think he thrives in the new scheme and he will get more and more playing time. We will be loading up on DL,CB and ILB in the draft. Maybe a S if we cant snag another one in FA.

The Saints are getting rid of anybody any good, so since they are completely rebuilding mode, why would they give extra picks away, one player is not going to get them where they need to go. someone at 7 is not going to turn there team around, but 3 or 4 good players could put them back in play in a couple of years. -
Your right about that for last year, but in the past they have had 3 RBs that seen a good amount of playing, which could be by injury or production.
-
Thats exactly what that #7 pick should be, a game changer. That's why it could be a WR. I think Young translate well to OLB and when he is back it will force Houston to the DE position, which technically a DT in Fangio's scheme. I seen a breakdown of Fangio's 3-4 and it listed LDT,NT,and RDT as per what we perceive to be DEs.

Its another overpay for a player, were now in on bargain hunting and that's why he didnt sign here.
-
I think that is a need, Denver and NO used RB by committee in their rushing game, and this will probably be Fortes last year.
-
Chirtian Jones has been perceived to playing outside, and Willie Young is at OLB for sure

Here is a draft I would have no problem with. hicagofootball.com/2015/03/11/kevin-fishbain-chicago-bears-2015-nfl-mock-draft-1-0/apatwr0/ for some reason,it didnt open 1-Kevin White/WR 2-Nate Orchard/OLB 3-David Cobb/RB 4-David Rowe/CB 5-Jake Ryan/ISB 6-Max Garcia/OC
-
I seriously think there getting younger and view that with every transaction. Rolle is 32 and is taking Tillmans spot of leader, playmaker. He was signed for his leadership qualities and has always been healthy. Peanut is gone. doesnt fit the new scheme.
-
I think we might add one in the draft but ONLY if that is the BPA. We can make the case for almost every position on the field to add, so whoever we take at what ever round needs to be the BPA, to maximize the draft. GB drafted Adams with Cobb and Nelson on there team(not a need) SF drafted Bolander with all pros Navarro and Willis still healthy. The best drafting teams pick the best players PERIOD

There are players still looking for money, in next four days you will start to find bargains. Parker and Foster have been offered contracts, if no one makes a money push,we will be seeing them sign this week. Ones I would like to see here, obviously at our price: WR: Cecil Shorts-Denarius Moore-Hakeem Nicks- some vets with upside RB: Pierre Thomas(still has game)- Moreno(injuries a concern but is a RB committee role)-Daniel Thomas(has had some moments) TE: Gersham(still has game at 27)-Rob Housler(good with hands, bad with blocks)-Jacob Tamme(history with Fox) OL: Ryan Harris(average but much better than Mills)-Chad Rienhart(was a cap cut that at 30 can still help)-De La Puente( needs to be our starter at a cheap price) DL: Red Byant-Vince Wolfork-Alex Carrington(we need some more fats guys that can still play) ILB: Foster-Spikes-Irving(still need some options at this position) CB: Perish Cox-Stephen Moore-Patrick Robinson-Shareece Wright( some younger guys that has upside) S: Ron Parker-Stevie Brown-Kenrick Lewis( young guys with upside)

You obviously are a very religious man and believe in miracles. It is a completely unbiased environment, the coaches do not owe any loyalty to anyone. If he is better, I guarantee you he will start, facts are he is not.

From a point of view of production BM was one of the top 7 Wrs in the league, but everything is not about on the field. 3 teams dumped him, in all those cases he has been productive. Why do teams keep getting rid of him? He creates chaos, on a successful team , the atmosphere is better, you overcome it for awhile, but when your losers, he creates chaos. The most important thing to remember, when Pace and Fox were interviewing players, not one supported keeping him around. In the media, some talked him up, but behind closed doors they choose not to keep him. The proof, all of this is true, is they gave him away. You simply cant have a bad atmosphere in a locker room trying to instill a winning attitude from a new coach. Was Eddie Royal over paid, of course he was. Look at the history of FA the first wave always turns out on the bad side of team money, but its fixing mistakes from drafting and the reality is there lack valve of money to production. He was worth 3 mil per year and he's getting 5. He fills a need, a competent slot WR, a good attitude , he makes this a better team for it but at a cost.

Apparently the brass doesnt agree.

Rams signed Kenny Britt for 14 mil for two years. What is wrong with GMs?
-
Is he going to play for vet min.? doubt it
-
your dreaming, he is a cheap backup, will never unseed Cutler.
