  1. Huff is gone, my sleeper FS now we just have Vereen and Exum left that would excite me a little.
  2. The kid has some game, I think he will become Melton type player which will be just fine.
  3. We need to realize no matter who they bring in at S odds are he wont be a starter. The RB is a better value.
  4. Everything after the first round is a crap shoot. I like FS names of Huff, Reynolds,Exum,Vereen. I suspect that is in the 5th round.
  5. Here is whats left for us. http://www.gbnreport.com/updatedtop100.html I honestly dont care about what names falls to us but want(not in order) RB TE FS LB
  6. Sutton is a risk pick, but 1/2 the first round picks are usually busts. I remain optimistic that is will all work out and cant wait to see this happen on the field. I like you had other names I would prefer but do not hate our picks. I am sadden we didnt get a S, but if Fuller turns out to be the player Emery thinks he is, we did good. Here is a statement referring to Sutton. Roll the dice and lets see what happens. Sutton had a monster season in 2012, registering 63 tackles, 23.5 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, five pass deflections and three forced fumbles. Despite his terrific season, his weight jumped from 290 pounds to over 300 pounds, and his production steadily dropped off. In 2013, Sutton registered just 48 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, four sacks and three pass deflections. He lost his explosiveness because of the weight gain and likely dropped down many draft boards over concerns of whether or not he could get himself back to his 2012 weight. These are Donalds number this last year: 59 28.5 11.0 They look quite similar to me.
  7. Several teams passed on him, we see the big names and think thats the guy, they work them out and got someone they wanted. It is not a perfect system(evaluation). I too, had other names I preferred but they did address a need. S is still a huge need, chances of finding a starter yet is pretty slim. I never expect a team to address all needs in the offseason and it looks like the one position that got sidestepped . You have to let the draft fall to you and all the good prospects dropped in the first round. Lets wait and see.
  8. I now have more respect for you. I originally thought you were a football fan.
  9. Thats funny. We all know our needs, but at DT but the Bears put a lot of research into who they want, the difference is its different names. They have two new line coaches that I am sure had great input into this. Lets see what happens.
  10. Tell us what you like? All I ever seem to see is what you hate.
  11. Now grab Huff in the next round, Tripp in the 5th and then Grice/RB and Lyera/TE and I am a happy camper.
  12. Emery rebuilt the line, not as fans have it figured, but I think this will work. The weak link now is Paea, maybe it will lite a fire under his ass. This could be a really good line.
  13. DE-Houston,Young,Allen,Bass-Odonije probably gone. DT-Ratliff,Paea,Fegurson,Sutton, Collins This is our DLine-2014. I actually like it. Sutton goes back to playing his 2012 self, he had 13 sacks, he was the Donald of that year. We got something going on . 3rds--Young,Houston,Sutton, Allen------thats pressure with a P
  14. Clownery,Nix, Watts, that is a WTF line.
  15. We rebuilt the O line last year and now we have completed the D line.
  16. There is a reason for that.
  17. Baltimore and SF are taking all the players I liked, screw them guys.
  18. If we want a defensive player of value we will have to take another CB.Might go O.
  19. Just heard a scouting report on him on the radio, not a good tackler, not very physical. more of a CB.
  20. Borland or Brooks, Ill take either one.
  21. Anybody want Nix? must be medical issues.
  22. I want either-------------3rd-Borland/LB and 4th round Huff/FS or 3rd-Brooks/LB and 4th round Sims/RB
