Come on. Did yall expect different from me? Angelo is my new BFF.

Weighs 310 as of today... and he's 20 Years Old.. he'll be gone but wouldn't that be awesome

RT @ChicagoSports: Per Mike Mulligan: Brian Urlacher is talking to the #Vikings. http://t.co/NQswYDav8w #bears

With the news that they already have signed Jordan Palmer, you have to believe the outlook for Cutler's injury is not good. They are saying he was moaning in pain, and couldn't even walk to the locker room when he got into the tunnel. If he's out for the year, what do you do next season at quarterback?

it's slow in here...

Rumor has it Fangio may be out at the end of year. The last thing I wanted to hear. https://www.google.com/amp/www.chicagotribu...l?client=safari Doesn't make sense with the improvement on D.

Anyone know?

Really? You're still defending this clown? After multiple seasons and multiple games of horrendous decisions, atrocious clock management, and a complete inability to adjust in real time? Lovie must wear a diaper, because there's no way he'd make a decision to sit on the toilet early enough to stop the shit from staining his shorts. And if he did have enough time, he'd probably think holding it would be the best idea, and he'd go for it...kind of like he did with the 4th quarter.

I was thinking that maybe we should go after solid and just above average OL men then just 1 or 2 big name guys, like Faneca. We could get a guy like Stacy Andrews from Cincy who would only demand around $5-$6 million a year, and Jason Brown from Baltimore for the equal price of Andrews. With saving money there, we could then sign Berrian, DJ Hackett/Bryant Johnson, and maybe Ayanbedejo. Or, would you rather us address the WR position in the draft and just spend all the cap room on Faneca?

http://www.kffl.com/fantasy-football/targets/index.php Targets - Receptions Marshall: 28 - 20 Jeffery: 21 - 13 Forte: 21 - 19 M. Bennett: 20 - 12 Marshall is 22nd in the league for targets thru 3 games. Forte leads all RB's with 19 Receptions. It is really nice to see Jeffery and a real TE on that list. This diversity really makes it hard to target one guy. At least we can say Trestman is channeling his inner TalkBears and listening to our advice on spreading the ball around.

I saw a few here talking about Lofa Tatupu and how they shoud look at going younger. Reading around about this kid is that the opinion is he would make for a better SLB than a Safety. Does this sound familiar? As perhaps someone we know from New Mexico? http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/nineri...?entry_id=94709

http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=4858 I read the above story and picked out a few tidbits. I know coach-speak is simply fluff this time of year, but tell me what you think. A ROOKIE DOESN'T NEED A LOT OF REPS TO BE GOOD... Looks like we have another spoon fed starter. If you are his coach, you better know he's capable. AP's been on the team how long? I have issues with the lack of savvy on this coaching staff. It seems like everytime our coaching staff is interviewed, some jackass staements are made. I'm still spinning over the WR coach saying Hester corrects him when he makes mistakes. Do good coaches function this w…

I wanted to solicit some opinions about the David Haugh article that appears in the Chicago Tribune today; I'd post a link but I am too technically deficient to do so. He writes as if he is Ted Phillips offering an open letter to the fans. His premise is that Ted and the McCaskey family is as angry as the fans, but blames the team's problems on the talent rather than coaching. As Ted Phillips he believes Jerry Angelo and Lovie Smith deserve one more chance to right the ship. He cites fiscal responsibility as a reason for this decision. Personally, as far as the Bears and the McCaskey's are concerned, the cost of blowing up this management team is less than the future…

I was watching NFL Total Access earlier and they said the Tribune reported it. Still looking around for a link anywhere. Thoughts?

Does anyone have a really good mock draft site they go to? I'd like top see one with multiple rounds. Not just round one...maybe something through the 3rd. Also, has time expired on underclassmen becoming available for the draft? Thanks in advance for any info!

Interestingly he seems a little concerned about the saftey position, but that the draft is kinda weak for it. Bears | Zbikowski scheduled to visit with team Mon, 14 Apr 2008 14:49:00 -0700 Vaughn McClure, of ChicagoSports.com, reports Notre Dame S Tom Zbikowski is scheduled to visit with the Chicago Bears at Halas Hall Wednesday, April 16. Bears general manager Jerry Angelo said this year's class of safeties is anemic but the team could use help at the position. Zbikowski is capable of contributing on special teams.

Amos was quietly promoted to practicing with the 1st string. Vereen, after a poor showing against Miami, is back to 2nd string. It appears this will hold through the 2nd preseason game. Jennings had a veteran day off and McManis got his snaps as the first team nickel back. That is the first time McManis has moved into that spot (with the 1st team) and sign the coaches were impressed with his play against Miami. ---------------------- I finally finished watching the Miami game and will just list some observations in no particular order. I didn't see much from Rolle and so I'm still not impressed with him but I hope it's a just a veteran laying …

All bad news must come to an end and it finally did as of about 5 minutes ago. My wife and I just found out today that she is pregnant with our 2nd child. The doctors believe its fairly early within the past couple of weeks(still celebrating the fact that we got Cutler I believe) We will be going in in a couple of weeks to have an ultrasound done.

1. Cutler was terrific. It's amazing what he can do with more time to throw. 2. Hester was awesome. It's jekyl and hyde for him- last week he played like an idiot and this week he was amazing, both at WR and on ST. I hope his chest is alright. We all know how bad chest injuries can be, just ask Earl Bennett. 3. Chris Williams, from what I saw live, is turning into a pretty good OG. 4. Louis and Spencer on the right side is a good combo, for now. Who goes out of the lineup when Carimi comes back? 5. The OL, as a whole, needs to cut down on false starts. They had a couple more today. There's no excuse to have a few of them at home. 6. Are people st…
