Can anybody explain the Sheldon Rankins love going on with people? I think he is a good player but does not fit our D scheme. I have seen several mocks having him being drafted by us in the first. Is he suppose to be Aaron Donald? His stats dont show that. Maybe he could be a smallish NT but with Goldman already here, I wouldnt understand that pick if we took him in the first.

As the season closes, the Bears will be looking at these names and others to add to the 2018 roster. I targeted what should be the the focal point of OLB, OT, and WR at the 7,8, or 9 slot. They may surprise us with a CB, S, G or another position, feel free to throw more names. Is there a player that we cannot pass if a trade down offer arises? The Bears need to hit a homerun once again with 3 to 4 additions. Do they trade down for quantity or take the quality.

Wow was that bad. Was there a snap Cutler wasn't having to run for his life? How many times did Forte have a hole to run through. The left side of our OL was "upgraded" but they were horrible. Pace looked slow and weak. On one play, it was to be a run between up the middle. Omiyale blocks down inside, while Pace is supposed to move/pull to the right and block the guy who was basically lined up in front of Omiyale. Pace is about 3 steps too slow, and (I think) Jolley simply has a clear path to hit Forte in the backfield. Interesting. Michael Sinclair will be the asst DL coach, and comes over from Trestman's staff in Montreal. Remember him? Seahawks and Eagles? All Pro '96 '97 '98? Led the NFL in sacks in 1998 Was DL coach for World Bowl winning Hamburg in 2007 Joined Trestman in Montreal in 2008 and won 2 of 5 Grey Cups with a 3rd losing appearance in the same stretch. Not bad.

Just realized that I need to figure out who my keeper will be for the upcoming season. Decisions, decisions. Here are my options and draft results from last year. To me it looks like my options are SF for a 6th, Flacco for an 11th, or Amendola for a 16th. Hernandez was my Keeper last year. Bears should just hire Shoen and Dabol. Seriously I don’t want to over think this. Bills have drafted well, made good trades, run a good team. Don’t get cute and take the two Bills guys.
