Not that he's probably in consideration but seeing Jim Mora (the younger one - currently UCLA HC) mentioned as a HC possibility for other teams. In keeping with the thought of second (or in his case third) chances, similar to Belichick or Carroll he could make a case for a decent comeback. Would he be someone the Bears should consider? He has clout, experience and a little edge. Although my #1 choice continues to be Shannahan. Then maybe Kubiak.

According to NFL Draft bible on twitter. The NFL has found a medical condition in his knee that was previously unknown and he underwent an MRI yesterday.

In this one, we are in the Nickel with only Briggs and Bostic at LB. Mundy is on the TE and shadowing him in motion. Bostic has the QB and contain on the left. Briggs has the other gap. As Allen rushes and seals the right edge, Briggs shoots the gap on the other side of the Center leaving a massive hole for Jackson to run through. Briggs flops in the backfield unblocked (#2).

You obviously can't predict other trades, or anything like that. All you can do is pick where the Bears picked. Here's how I would have done it: 1) Laremy Tunsil, LT, Ole Miss - Huge steal here. He was supposed to be top 3, and before all the trade craziness he was probably #1. I think 75% of Bears fans thought he was the pick when the Bears traded up to #9. 2) Vonn Bell, FS, Ohio St - A safety with great coverage ability. Fits what the FO wants to do. 3) Jonathan Bullard, DE, Florida - Value is too good here. Great pick. 4) Andrew Billings, NT, Baylor - He's a monster. Should have gone earlier. Pace talked a lot today about drafting players with top intangibles, who fit the positive "vibe" in the locker room, and wanting to immediately get better. I'm taking that to heart here when I try a draft that makes sense and that Pace might be trying to pull off based on that criteria. This guy had some decent seasons for Oakland and has some speed. I can see why Cincy released him as they had Green, Jones, Sanu and Tate in front of him. We are pretty thin at WR, and Moore would seem like an upgrade.
