There is a lot of gloom and doom suggested for this team this year. Here is why that changes this year. #1 They will be healthier this year. Last year the were the worst team in the league for injuries. They lost their starting QB early and as much as we put down Cutler, it would have had much better results with him at QB. #2 We have one of the best RBs in the league. Very well respected, I don't mind this move at all. He has received a lot of praise from players and coaches.

As a longtime Bear fan(circa 1966) I have seen 1st round draft picks traded for Qbs that didn't pan out, I've seen 2nd round picks flame out and I've seen a 6th round pick take the Bears to the playoffs. 1. How much faith do you put into the overall rankings of the fanspeak player lists? 2. Is there one list you prefer/trust over another? The team needs to make 2021 a reset year. Get rid of Phillips, Pace, Lazor, Furrey, Ragone and Pagano at a minimum. If you keep Nagy, tell him he is the HC only and the new OC will run the offense and call plays. Do your best to purge the roster, even consider taking on dead money this year to make 2022 better. If 2021 is going to be a reset year, let Nagy coach it as his final chance. If he doesn't improve, you don't waste a year on a new coach. Cut Leno, Massie, Hicks, Skrine, and Graham.
