As of now its looking like 3 leagues. 2 free and one $20. Im thinking one free league with scoring like last year and one regular flex and we can vote on rules for pay league. Anyone interested let me know what leagues you want in. Pay leaguers, let me know if anyone is up for a $100 league as well.

LM: Why did the Bears chose to keep Rashied Davis and Devin Aromashodu ahead of Brandon Rideau? JA: Rashied has a role on this football team. He could be a good slot receiver if we chose to play him in the slot. He also has tremendous value has a special teams player. That in itself is why he has value to our football team. If you’re not one of the top three receivers, four, five and six have to be the best special teams players. So he’s got a real value for our team. Brandon was a close call. Obviously, we liked Devin Aromashodu a little bit better, and we’ll see if our assessment of our receivers was accurate. LM: Jay Cutler didn’t hide the fact that he felt A…

http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=6086 He's saying he's fine but then says it's only 50/50 that he'll play? Bullshit. If they hold him out and his "replacement" gets burned a few times and we lose our opener to Green Bay, I'll blame Lovie! He's your top dog out there on the corner, don't waste time with the other guys.

LOL it looked good for Grossman wearing #5 he threw a 87 yard bomb to Jacobs for the Texans

I like what Alex Brown has to say. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/football/be...-bear07.article Peace

While watching the replay of the bears and browns, I saw a rookie rb on the browns that stood out. I believe he was an FA. This kid had good hands, speed, size, and ran with power. I was really impressed ! #34 chris Jennings Did anybody else see this kid ?

Is it safe to say that with the addition of Hood that maybe Burgess,Turenne, McBride, Deleston, Moore and Bullocks are all cut next week with Tillman going on the PUP list?

Is it just me or does it look like Cutlers helmet is too big for him? In almost every picture I have seen thus far you can barely see his eyes! LOL

Levi Jones OT Mark Taucher OT Alphonso Boone DT Derrick Brooks LB Kevin Carter DE Matt Jones WR Anthony Madison DB Derrick Dunn RB Brian Russell S Tony Pashos OT Interesting list. I wonder if we are looking at any of these as additions?

Must-Read Article with Urlacher Quotes One of the better articles I have read with quotes from Urlacher. Let's face it, he has never been a good interview, he will never be a color analyst on Fox, or teach Speech at a college. However, he comes off excellent in this piece.

Team Notes Bears activate Tillman The Chicago Bears have activated cornerback Charles Tillman from the physically unable to perform list, making him eligible to play in the season-opener at Green Bay. Tillman missed training camp and did not appear in any of the four preseason games after undergoing back surgery. His health is key for a team that struggled against the pass last season and is trying to get back to the playoffs after... (ap) http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/chi;_ylt...Fc1vU00yY1DubYF

NFL is reporting that Chicago and New England are trying to coax Kevin Carter out of retirement, Word is they both would want to keep on the field for 20 -25 plays a game, He has yet respond to offers.

I'd love him here, if he'd accept a back-up role. I can't believe Oakland cut him. IMO, he's better than JaMarcus Russell right now.

We got the first , who is second. 1.Bears release Brett Basanez, sign him to practice squad

Got to love it.

So it's cutdown time. Who do we bring in for a look? Here are some guys I'm thinking about: Maurice Evans/Robert Henderson, DEs, Giants (Evans - 6'2" 264 lbs.; Henderson - 6'3" 278 lbs.) - The Giants cut Evans and Henderson...they've got a surplus of DEs already, and it's not like it'd be easy to beat Justin Tuck, Osi, or any of those other guys for a roster spot. Evans has a bunch of question marks - poor 40 at the combine, got arrested once for pot possession - but his 2007 season makes me think he should get a shot. He racked up 12.5 sacks and 21.5 tackles for a loss. Henderson has the measurables, and in his 33 college starts at RE, he had 29.5 TFL and 13…
