Here is a list of the Bears UFAs, and their OTC Valuations: 1. Nichols - $6.5M - if the Bears view him as a 3T they may consider him 2. Daniels - $6.3M - Up to Poles, does he fit the mold? 3. Mustipher - $4.3M - No way am I paying Mustipher that lol. 4. Bars - $4.1M - Backup OL, not making that much. 5. Robinson - $3M - this is how low his value dropped after last year, but he will still make over $10M on some team. 6. Hicks - $2.4M - age and injury have killed his value, but he will still get paid Guys like Grant, Gipson, etc for some reason don't have a valuation right now.

He's certainly handed out more big suspensions during his terms than anyone on record. I guess here's how I see the good and the bad... Good Got a long term collective bargaining agreement with the players that puts a little more balance in the negotiations between teams and players. Seems to have gotten players attentions with all of the suspensions. I'd say the league has cleaned up its act pretty well. They just picked TE Rudolph... Was that a need at all? Shiancoe's one of the best TE's in the game. Seems a little odd. The spot he was picked seems to not be all that horrible from what I've heard. But, the pick itself just looks really strange for what they need.

I've always thought he was a solid #3 WR and with the Browns need at WR I'm a little shocked by this. Perhaps his connection with Jay made him look a whole lot better than he really is. With Hixon done for the year I wonder if the Bears bring him back. I don't necessarily see the need, but apparently the Bears do since they signed Hixon/Morgan to begin with.

If Nagy is the coach the rest of the season. I agree with Wanny, who said last night you can fire Matt Nagy but what is your plan to replace him and who will be executing that plan. DB evaluating isn't my area of "expertise" but we need em, so I think we need a thread about em. Justin Gilbert ran the fastest 40 at 4.37, he's 6 foot even but has some of the longest arms in the draft at 33 1/8, only Keith McGill has longer at 33 1/4. If the Bears fill out their DL in FA Gilbert looks like he could he has the length and speed to hang. Announcers are raving about him. Darqueeze Denards measueables don't look that great, an inch shorter than Gilbert and his arms are 3 inches shorter.
