...unless you're Lucky Luciano. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/football/be...ml#.VFptZNm9LCS

That has the Bears written all over it. They need more big fat guys in the trenches, especially with Ratliff out for a while. Don't think you can just rely on Eddie Goldman.

http://www.chicitysports.com/2009/08/04/we...aption-that-85/ caption contest...do one haha....hopefully somebody can bring the lulz. We can get some good responses, it's of Plaxico Burress

Great win. Saw some good things tonight from several players and many things we must improve upon. SMC...great game.. Make the hustle plays that's where you fit in. Peppers...finally influenced the game throughout. We needed that tonight. Rookie LBs...lot's to learn here....stay in your gap. I still think the future is bright for these guys but the learning curve will be painful. DTs....we really need Ratliff to shore this up. On offense everyone stepped up but game ball goes to McCown. He was really poised throughout the game. My other game ball goes to Marc Trestman. He had a game plan that worked very well.

http://espn.go.com/chicago/nfl/story/_/id/...ts-house-losses The Packers have always been my most hated team. The Lions in the last two years have taken their seat at the top of my most hated teams. Stating with their Coach, i think he is a complete douche. He is probably a big reason why they underachieve. Suh, is the biggest tool bag in the NFL. I hope the Bears never have a chance to sign him, it would be hard to root for him not matter how good he is. The Lion fans are a big group of assholes. I cant stand being anywhere near them at the games. most of them have no clue about football. I have not had any good experiences around Lions fans. Most packer …

Chicago Bears: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix has allowed a passer rating of just 52.9 on throws into his primary coverage since 2014, which is the best mark among all safeties in that time. Green Bay Packers: A staggering 47.1% of Adrian Amos‘ career targets have resulted in either a defensive stop or a forced incompletion. This defensive success rate is currently tied with Charles Woodson for the best mark by a safety in the PFF era. From PFF Why stats and how they are reported can give me a headache. Why not just compare the same stats in the same story?

Its obvious we will need a new OC next year. We didnt draft one this year and the only one that had started was John Michael Scmitiz and he has been hurt for 4 games and not played well at all. According to PFF the 32nd ranked center. Joe Tippmann was drafted as a OG-OC and is starting at OG and has good grades. Last years group drafted may end up being good players but not one them has shined in their first year. I think Whitehair will be let go and Patrick is out of contract. Doug Kramer hasnt seen the field yet so we have nothing to judge him by. The best OC in the draft ( Sedic Van Pran )is rated a second round pick and we no longer have a 2nd round pick. He ma…

per the pregame on 780am. Anthony Adams suiting up for the first time tonight. Peace

Every year QBs go down and teams scramble for a QB that can take their place because they do not feel they have a good enough backup in place. I am very comfortable with both backups we have. If a team goes hunting for a emergency QB because of injuries to their starter, the Bears would be in a great position as I feel they could actually get a decent draft choice for Campbell, possibly a 3rd rounder, if a team was hurting and needed a QB with promise and starting experience to come in. Just a thought, and although I hope we keep him as an insurance policy, you never know!!!

played some offensive snaps at the end of the game. He almost got Grossman killed but at least he is getting reps. Peace

Let's say the Bears end up where they are at or slightly better in the draft. With all the clamor and hype for QBs this year, is there a player good enough for the Bears to stay where they are at? Convince me, and likely everyone else, why the Bears should stay where they are at. Because I don't see it. This is a 100% trade back kind of draft.

If this goes down I'll be LMAO. They could have just paid Mack. Not that I'm complaining because I still like having Mack. https://www.walterfootball.com/nflhotpress/article/Raiders,-Jaguars-Close-to-Ngakoue-Trade

Now the boring time of the year. Cant wait for FA to begin!!!!!! Pace and Fox now have to go through the roster and prepare for the draft. The next couple of months should be a little more interesting then years past 1. The great Jay debate will be solved.....will they try to win with him now, will they cut him or trade him 2. Marshal= where there is smoke there usually is fire......has he really worn out his welcome 3. What scheme will the Bears be running on D???? should get a pretty good idea by the roster moves 4. what older players will be resigned or cut???? I am really excited to see what the Bears do in FA and the Draft.....not to …

The Bears lost Tuesday's practice because they apparently exceeded the amount of contact activity earlier in the offseason. Two views on this right now. One is the team is setting the new tone and culture at all costs and losing one non-contact practice is worth the price to have contact earlier in the offseason. On the flip side, this is the second public mishap by the new regime, first the Larry O contract (which potentially prevented the signing of another top FA) and now this.

If you like Oline play check out this screenshot of a Jordan Howard run late in the 4th quarter that helped win the game over the Vikings. This is inside 4min, Vikings know we're going to run and the box is stacked with 8 defenders and everyone else keyed into what Howard does at the snap. Our Oline blocks it well, Howard reads it well, and we gain 11yds for a 1st down. We have to start giving more credit to our TEs as well because both Paulsen and Miller are doing a good job blocking. The rest of the PFW analysis is excellent as well. http://www.profootballweekly.com/lists/201...e6c1ee/?page=14

Great article by Biggs: http://blogs.suntimes.com/bears/2009/05/do...ere_is_why.html Peace

I had a little time on my hands so I looked up all the guys the Bears have taken with their second pick excluding Grossman since he was in the first round. Here is the list: 2002 Roosevelt Williams Tuskegee actually a 3rd rounder. What's he doing now? 2003 Charles Tillman Louisiana Lafayette 2004 Tank Johnson Washington 2005 Mark Bradley Oklahoma 2006 Devin Hester Miami he along with Daniel Manning were picked in the second round with Manning actually being the Bears top pick. 2007 Dan Bazuin Central Michigan What's he doing now? 2008 Matt Forte Tulane

I said a couple months back that we should do this, and I'm still on board with making this happen. https://bearswire.usatoday.com/2018/02/28/b...-eddie-goldman/

In order to enter Training Camp this year you will be required to go on the Bears web site and get "free" tickets. So many families have visited Training Camp to watch the team practice over decades without any problems and now in 2017 this team has decided that only computer friendly fans should have access to Training Camp that has no reserved seating for the average fans but, some groups have some of the few bleachers reserved be it sponsors or whoever. This organization continues to make questionable decisions when it comes to relating to the fans. If I attend anything this year it will be the fan fest at Soldier's Field. If I have to go on line to gain entrance at l…
