Just read on NFL.com what we all suspected, and hoped for, that the Bears are going to change Hester's role in the offense and he will be basically a #4 WR to come in on certain situations, packages. Here is a link to the article: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d828c..._headline_stack

Its nice to think a national writer has us ranked that high. Elliot Harrison of NFL.com has us ranked 5th. I think that might be a little high, even with the amount of Kool aid I drink every year.

Start with the Oline, Carmi remains an injury problem, Webb doesnt take a step forward. Forte holds out until the season starts and starts slow. Cutler, because of the Oline, doesnt get time to take advantage of the WRs he was given. Marshall ends up being suspended for 4 games. We still dont have a pass rush. The DBs suffer because of no pass rush. Urlacher has nagging injuries that keeps him out of games. With all negitive things (and all wont occure) we finish 7-9, 8-8 and Lovie keeps his job for one more year.

This has to be a clear cut sign that Williams is playing at LT, right? I mean, there's no way he could be worse than Webb; so if there is competition, true competition, Williams has it. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0,3935877.story Williams - Spencer - Garza - Louis - Carimi That is better than last season, but it sure as heck would have been nice to have more done.

  9. Looking at the draft picks in our division, the writer says that the Vikings should be worried about...our top two! Do you agree with this? http://thevikingage.com/2012/07/02/top-5-n...le-this-season/

On NFL.com they posted a great video in celebration of Payton's Birthday, one many of us have seen before, but what a great video to watch, unbelievable and worth a few minutes of your time. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/category/rumor-mill/ APDespite the fact that Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher has returned to camp, he still isn’t practicing. Thus, the team is making plans for the possibility of an ongoing inability to practice and play, adding a pair of linebackers on Saturday. Joining the team are Xavier Adibi and K.C. Asiodu. Adibi, a middle linebacker who has played for the Texans and Vikings, entered the league as a fourth-round draft pick from Virginia in 2008. Minnesota claimed Adibi on waivers last September, after he was released by the Texans, who were switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4. He started five games as a rookie and…

Sanzenbacher did ok on specials teams this past week and it looks like that was the final nail in the coffin. Now about that other WR competing for the last roster spot....Joe Anderson I think he ends up on our practice squad.

Looking at the teams we play this year we stand a great chance of having a really good season...if its measured by the play of the QB. we really have only the Packers, 49ers, Cowboys and the Texans with a QB with more than seven years starting/playing time. Not saying that the other ones cant get it done but just look at these QB'S. So we play two games against two rookies, 5 games against QB'S that were rookies last year, 4 games against 3/4 year QB'S, and 5 games against QB'S that have been in the NFL 8 years or more.. 1. Colts QB Luck ® 2. Packers QB Rodgers (8) 3. Rams QB Bradford (3) 4. Cowboys QB Romo (9) 5. Jaguars QB Gilbert (2) 6. Lions QB Staffo…

That's right the Packers are in last place in the NFC North after week 1. LOL Gotta enjoy that while it lasts, SF is a tough team though. Who'da thunk the Bears, Lions, and Vikings all are 1-0 and the Packers are 0-1. If we can take one from GB that will be huge and give us a virtual 3 game lead on the media darling Packers. Big game coming up for the Bears and nothing would make me happier than to see the the Bears stomp all over the Packers in their house and give them an 0-2 start and give them their second straight home loss this year!.
