When asked why people hate Cutler, Sapp responded "To sum it up in one word, body language." Oh and the picks were 2 for GB, 1 for Bears, and 1 no decision.

On The Score 670 Warren Sapp said Marinelle and him were going to work with Tommie Harris starting right after the Super Bowl down in Florida. Maybe they can light a fire under him.

I'd like to see the Bears sign him. He's a proven RB. Give him a shot.

I found an interesting article about rushing tendencies by offensive playcallers: http://www.4for4.com/fantasy-football/2016...ates?aid=raybon The first chart shows how much the play calling deviates based on the outcome of the game. Interestingly, Gase was 3rd from last (Trestman 2nd from last) for their careers and both were tied for last in 2015. The Bears also had the highest percentage of rushing attempts in losses than any other team and it was not even close. So basically, even though we were losing (or would eventually lose), Gase would still rush the ball (which would most likely end the drive). How many times did you ask yourself, why are they running…

Cutler looked different on Saturday, I cant pinpoint but he had a different look in his eyes. He looked to be moving in the pocket better, a couple of times he made the smart move and ran with it instead of forcing a throw. On the play were he lowered his shoulder and tried to bull rush his way into the endzone it just looked like he was trying to make a statement. Preseason or not he was going all out. Did anyone else get the same feeling or was it the beer I was drinking???

Well what do you think about this, we offered our starting center (#57) 4 million to play this year and he wanted more.....so he signs with the Saints for 2 million.....but now he is the second string center....go figure

I was thinking today that perhaps JA has already hedged his bet that Lovie wouldn't turn around this team. For a head coach who still has two years remaining he didn't go out last year and hire a DC. He didn't extend Ron Turner's contract past this season. I don't know the timing of the assistant coaches contracts but my point is that the two largest contracts besides the HC don't exist in this organization. Was that done to make firing Lovie more financially acceptable? Wouldn't it have been more logical to hire a new DC since at the time Lovie still had 3 years left on his contract? Clearly last year JA was the source of all the staff changes last year.…

I never saw a replay that showed it, and Aikman questioned it without Fox ever showing it. Can anyone confirm?

if there is please list them as i didn't see anything that would say this was a professional football team. glennon? hope you banked your salary cause it's the last one you will ever see in the nfl. if they actually start him again fox and pace both better be touching up their resumes. our offensive coordinator? what the hell kind of a game plan was that? if you have that little faith in your qb there is no reason to even start him. just run the pistol or whatever the hell they call it for the whole game. is this some whitehair impersonator? if not, he is playing like garbage. any hack could look as bad as him. where is shaw at these days? if trubisky…

Haven't seen this discussed anywhere but PFT, but what is the sense in Chicago? Was Urlacher just joking that he didn't want the Bears to win this year without him? http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/...owl-without-me/

Not that I want this guy as our GM due to concerns with his drinking but I think he could be a good addition to the Bears staff in some role. https://twitter.com/AroundTheNFL/status/552161414941376513 The Bears need to assemble the strongest front office staff possible. Right now I do not have a lot of faith in the guys they have now. I hope the Bears try to bring in the best talent possible to form as strong as a staff as possible. Lets hope the new GM brings in some new talent to front office staff. someone else posted about the this guy recently, cant remember who.....

Okay, so here is the question. Which is worse. Which is the lesser of evils. Wasted salary cap space or overpaying for FAs. Normally, I am not a big fan of overpaying for FAs, but I view this year as being different. In the past, we had plenty of our own to re-sign. That isn't the case today. In the past, we didn't seem to have nearly as much cap to work w/. This year we had anywhere from $30-34m, depending on what numbers you use. In the past, if you didn't love what you saw, you could use LTBEs and whatever other fun tricks the accountants use to eat cap today in order to epand it tomorrow, when pickings may be better. But w/ the potential of an unca…

I don’t get to watch many games lately. But I got to see Red zone highlights. What struck me was that every single time Fields drops back he is being chased. Every snap someone is busting through relatively cleanly. One play it’s from the left. Next play it’s up the gut. Then the right. Then the channel flips to KC, and Mahomes has time to tie his shoes on every other play. Until the QB gets time CONSISTENTLY, he can never be properly evaluated, and can never truly progress. Keep Fields. Trade the #1. Draft OL.

I liked being able to watch it on the DVR because I could fast forward and not dwell on the bad or get too over excited with the good...Plus sadly a family member ruined the outcome for me despite me telling everyone not to, so the whole game I was set on looking at why we lost the game. First and foremost the offensive playing calling continued to look scared for the most part. That's exactly the word that needs to be said when labeling the offense. Announcer said at one point that it looks like the Bears were looking to set the record for swing passes. I get it to an extent but one thing that I really don't understand why they didn't continue to do after the M…

While looking at the HOF game I said to myself.....hummmm we play the Cardinals this year and if that is what they have to show as a team, then we shall win that game with ease. I know its early but their QB situation is a mess(now one is hurt) their backs cant stay healthy, and the have two maybe three stars on D with the CB Peterson one of them.
