@vxmcclure23: Bears had offered a two-year contract to Bell with about half mil guaranteed. Could still negotiate that deal or be set with $1.26 million. @vxmcclure23: $1.26 million tender for Bell. @vxmcclure23: Bears tender restricted free-agent RB Kahlil Bell.

First of all, the wait time on Ticketbastard is atrocious. So slow because everyone and their brother is logging on. And then, the slap in the face...this is what I came up with: Section 208 Row 19 Seats 16 - 17 Description Price Level 4 CLUB LEVEL TypeFull Price TicketPriceUS $348.63 x 2 Nearly $700 for seats in the middle deck?! I'm sorry, but that's just F'ing outrageous. I can see paying $700 if I'm going to be on the bottom level within a few rows of the sideline, but at a certain point you have to draw the line. Looks like the NFL has priced out yet another dedicated fan. I'll be watching all games at home unless I can get preseason tickets in Nash…

Gents, I have 4 tickets to both the Thursday, 8/15 and 8/29, preseason games available. I am willing to part with them for $40 each (half face value). I am simply trying to recoup some of my cost. Email me at jaycschulz@gmail.com if interested. First come, first served. Peace

I have always had a TV Package with NFL Network. I am thinking of downgrading my services as it is just too expensive. The package I am looking at does not have NFL Network. I will miss watching these games as they are generally good match-ups. However, my main concern is the Bears game with the Packers in week 2 on Thursday Night Football. I cannot remember, the Bears games in the Chicago area, if they are on Thursday Night Football on NFL Network are they also broadcasted on the local TV Affiliate? Anyone in the Chicago area that can answer that question for me I would appreciate some feedback. I am really strapped for money right now and may have …

Surprising news this is not. If he signs on elsewhere, and he likely will at some point, then the Bears will at least get some relief from the new contract offset. I expect that new contract for Parkey will be rather small but maybe we get another mil in cap space. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1099078342974885888

They are reporting sources say Chester Taylor is gone. This was just reported on the Waddle and Silvy show and I'm waiting for an update from Jeff Dickerson who covers the Bears for this station.

He currently works for Wanny but has a pretty good resume. Moon indicated that he might be one of the guys the Bears first targeted and are most interested in. I'll be interested to see what happens. I like his resume and his history of developing some pretty sucessful QB's (both in college and the pro's).

His blistering 40 time at the Combine of 4.43 at 245 pounds opened eyes. For some scouts to project him to OLB is a stretch since he has never done anything other than DE. He feels he would need to add more weight to be even a situational pass rusher. Lovie went to the pro day and now he is scheduled to come to Halas Hall. The biggest knock on him is his checkered past dropping out of HS and spending time in "Juve" for what he says was "Running with the wrong crowd". He eventually got a GED and went to Mt. San Antonio JC before enrolling at W Va.
