That would be great too. I see the Bears using McClellin as a rush OLB if they shift to 3-4.
  2. They are going to move him to SS, just kidding. He is a good pick, says he over thinks punts at times and is inconsistant on hang time. Needs to get the mental part to catch up to his ability.

I agree also. The Bears lost everything on D and when Briggs went down they lost the captain making the calls. I still have hope for Greene to replace Briggs and Bostic can grow into the MLB.
  4. So much for Emery saying developmental QBs are not worth drafting. I like Fales, can't wait to see the jokes with his last name from GB fans

I like those two, but you have no idea about Shea at LB
  6. We still have Frey who hasn't looked bad.

Best player available or needs in depth. I would like a LB, TE, QB...
  8. Good pick, best all around RB on the board and he had 1st round talent. DAT would be nice, but could he be a 3 down back ?
  9. I am thinking Dion Bailey, I think he can be a solid SS and possible FS if needed. How do you think he would do here if he makes it? Then I'd like to double up on the Safeties and get Ed Reynolds or Kenny Ladler in RD5.
  10. Round 4 and 5 Brock Vereen S Yamin Smallwood LB Pierre Desir CB Keith McGill DB Zach Mettenberger QB AJ McCarron QB Kareem Carey RB Jordan Zumwalt LB Marqueston Huff S RD5 Dontae Johnson DB DeAnthony Thomas RB Shane Skov LB Max Bullough LB Ed Reynolds S Tre Boston S wildcards Kelcy Quarles DT DaQuan Jones DT Any TE Kenny Ladler S
  11. DLine has been completely overhauled.
  12. Nix, Sutton, Quarles, and Jones at DT. Desir at CB. Mettingberg at QB, Terrance West RB.
  13. Raw kid and we have brought in good coaches to develop him. He has talent around him with great leadership, Ratliff/Allen to learn from too. In a year or two we will forget the reach.
  14. 8 picks to go... Nix DT Brooks FS Borland LB Sutton DT Desir CB Quarles DT Jones DT still looking good....
  15. Ego Ferguson DT LSU will play 2 technique for the Bears. Haven't heard that term used much, but that is lining up in the middle of the G. New defense, different alignments I suppose.
  16. Forget about Sims.... Thought he was Forte2
  17. Was there any DTs taken after Fergusan? That will tell you something about nfl scouting. Not saying I like where we took him, but we filled a need.
  18. Emery says Ego wasn't about taking a safe pic, he is taking him because he has a really high ceiling. New dline coach Pasquelari will have to coach him up. Let's hope he is right.
  19. Glad we didn't trade a future first round pick for Ego. My lord, we could've traded down 5-10 places.
  20. Biggs mentioned Ego Fergusan?
  21. Hate to say it, but I think the Bears liked Nix. My only concern is his knee. He would bring size and plug the middle. Plus when running the 3-4, he'd make a great nose.
  22. Was hoping they went TE. He was one of my original 1st rd selection for the Bears. Still have Tuitt, Nix, and Jernigan.
  23. I see Marques Lee WR going to Cleveland. They are almost forced to with Gordon's suspension.
  24. If we were giving up a future 1st, we should've jumped into the bottom of the first. That would give you a fifth year option on the contract.
  25. Round 2 - in order of preference and in tiers: *Stephon Tuitt DT, *Ra'Shede Hageman DT, *Tim Jernigan DT *Kony Ealy DE, *Louis Nix DT *denotes first round grade Terrence Brooks S, Carlos Hyde RB,Troy Niklas TE, Austin Seferian Jenkins TE Kevin Van Noy LB, Chris Borland LB, Will Sutton DT, Lamarcus Joyner S/CB Round 3 Pierre Desir CB, Stanley Jean-Baptiste CB, Kelcy Quarles DT, DaQuan Jones DT Round 4 Anthony Johnson DT, Walt Aikens CB, Yamin Smallwood LB, Marqueston Huff S
