I am a huge Brady Quinn fan. I know that Anderson has the worst rating in the NFL but the ONLY Quinn will start or even play in a game the rest of the year is if and ONLY if Anderson gets hurt. Cleveland does not like Quinn for whatever reason I don't know and because of that they are going to make sure that he doesn't get his incentive, which if he hits it they would owe him around 11 or 12 million. That is a very large sum of money if you ask me.

Of course he is. I didn't even know that this was in question. If Brady plays then he moves closer to a HUGE incentive in his contract and Cleveland doesn't want to pay that considering they do want him there for the future.

The way I see it, why not. Could he possibly be any worse than it already is. I never thought that outr Oline would worse than last years.

This past game EVERYTHING was the problem. Yeah sure no one executed but the Cover 2 system got shredded realllly bad.

I agree completely as well. Another problem that I have noticed about Pace is that I have seen plenty of DE's just duck underneath of Pace because Pace is so tall and struggles to get down to there level. I agree with the switch because I ask myself one question. Can it really get any worse? Seriously?

I am not going to speculate on who to take but I will tell you that I was very upset that we didn't take Duke Robinson.

I would totally love to bring in a Derrick Johnson if we could. As of right now thought next year will be an uncapped year, which would be a really bad thing for us I believe.

If Orton is still with us I am 100% certain he would have been injured by now. The only thing saving Cutler right now is his mobility.

I didn't post all weekend as I needed to get away. First of all I have never turned a Bears game off in my lifetime. Weather that game is preseason or not, its never happened that was until Sunday. I turned it off after 3 cuz I just couldn't stand to watch anymore and didn't want to become suicidal. I have MAJOR problems with the Defense right now. The fact that I am not sure if I ever saw 8 men in the box except when blitzing. We should have started the game off with 8 in the box and look to shut down Benson and put the game in Palmers hands. Another problem is that we were constantly in the Cover 2. Did we ever switch up? I would be shocked if we did. I would have scrapped the Cover 2 after the 1st because of how badly it was getting shredded. Another problem was ALL of the blown assignments and MISSED tackles. Briggs is the best on the field right now and he even missed plenty of tackles this past game. Screw saying anything about the offense. I don't blame this game at all on the offense because the fact that the Bengals scored 4 td's and 1 FG on the first 5 possessions of the game isn't fair to even Indianapolis's or New Orleans's offense. However it sure would be nice if the line could at least look like they know what they are doing. Cutler spent damn near the entire game on his butt. This past game is inexcusable. The way I see it as much as I like Lovie Smith and everything but if he calls another game like this, then let him go and get someone in here that can light a fire under someones rear end. Cowher is still available. He sure would light a fire. Now in retrospect I am sure this weekend against Cleveland we will see a very Hungry team that wants to quite the media and I totally expect this game to be over by half time.

Actually we do have another short break coming up as next week we play on Thursday.

If Harrison does any better or even just the same I am sure Harris is gone at the end of the year without question. This is just pathetic. This would be a very good year if it wasn't for all the damn injuries. Who else is next now?

At this point I don't think you can put a dollar range on a stud OL. We have to keep Cutler standing tall. When he doesn't have to run around he is extremely good

I would love to get this guy. He doesn't fit in there system. Hes best as an OLB/MLB with our defense because he has great athleticism and we be able to "roam around" better with our scheme. This guy was an absolute BEAST with a capital B in college. Almost freakish.

Lets use your same logic. We "should/could" be 6-0 as well. We are leading in GB with less than a minute to go b4 Vasher trips over his skirt and here with Atlanta we shot our selves in the foot leaving alot of points on the football field.

Great point about Ogun commanding money. I know its different but in my madden game I simulated the entire 2009 season and ended up with a very good season producing 10 1/2 sacks. Just to keep him he was commanding 3yrs at 10mil per. That is alot to pay a 32 yr old that really just produced this year.

Great point especially in the Tampa 2 scheme. If our Dline doesn't put pressure on the QB it doesn't matter who our secondary guys are as they will be toast.

Im on the fence on this one. I like getting Adams as he has alot of talent and could definitely help us out and I believe that Marinelli will be able to help turn him into a double digit sack guy however we did give up an awful lot for him and now that we don't pick again on the 1st day really sucks as we need to upgrade our Oline and secondary badly. Maybe he is seeing that there will be some big FA's available during the offseason. I don't know. I do believe that 1 of our DE will be gone at the end of the year and personally I wouldn't mind seeing Anderson go. I love Ogun and Brown and think that we could still get a couple more good productive years out of Ogun. I am not saying that I hate Anderson or anything but I the thing that I have against him is that he his just a pass rushing DE and players and coaches know this by now. He doesn't do particularly well against the run.

I hate Trent Dilfer, I didn't like him as a player and I hate him even more as he is so biased and its obvious. His hatred for the Bears is sickening. Then again this is a guy who thought he was a great QB. LOL.

To tell you the truth I am not sure if he has even been active yet. Just like DA and Iglesias haven't been active yet either.

Good point about Orton. He was having a heisman type season his senior year until he got hurt. He then rushed things and came back early but it was evident that he wasn't 100% and so of course draft time came and his stock fell because of injury and because at Purdue he really only used the shotgun formation. Most experts had him going in the late 2nd to early 3rd round and he was the 1st pick on day 2 in the 4th round. I remember that year that there was quite a few players that fell quite a bit due to injuries or what have you.
