Before I left for my route this morning I was looking through the sports section and came across that. I was shocked. I didn't know what to say.
-
especially with the news about Tait. If we lose both of them we can kiss our season good bye unless we land a Gross and draft on T or G in the 1st.

Hey guys I don't think I would read to much into this. I deliver the Tribune and I didn't see anything in there. I checked several rumor sights as well as chicagotribune.com and I haven't found anything to confirm this.

Its sad to think that a RB is our franchise leader in receptions. Not sure weather to laugh or cry regarding that stat.

Let's hope he's not our next Archuletta...

Have you heard if we are interested in this guy. I wouldn't mind at least exploring the idea and seeing what him and his agent are looking for. -
I just saw that this thread was posted twice both saying the same thing. I am deleting the other post so we only have 1 that we are responding to.

I sure hope we resign him, if we don't resign him I would have to think that Oline would be our pick in the 1st round.

Have Not Seen This Yet & Want To See What You Think

I completely agree with you about Tim Tebow. I really like him because of his athleticism but that is pretty much where that stops. We have to keep in mind that Florida's offense does not and will not produce a good pro QB any time soon. I don't think Tebow will make a good QB in this league however I think he possibly turn into a decent TE in the league which it has been rumored that he would move to either RB or TE in his switch to the pros. -

I have said before. I completely agree with you there. But only if he falls. Most mocks have him going top 5. The one thing that Orton blows at is his consistency downfield. This happens to be something that Sanchez is good at. Not saying that he is great at. But I have seen enough games to know that he does know how to get the ball downfield to Hester. Sanchez to Hester could be a REAL LETHAL WEAPON. -
I don't know much about the guy but I have heard my friend say enough about him and he is never stirred me wrong(although he is a pucker fan) Do ya'll think he will work in our system.

I like this kid. What round are they saying because I don't know about him in the 1st maybe the 2nd though.

I am not sure about moving our top CB to FS because then we become weaker at the position. If we can bring a guy in either in FA or through the draft that we trust to start all 16 games then I would at least consider as you are correct that its much easier getting a CB than a FS. On another note though I was looking through a bunch of mock drafts last night and one person has us taking the top FS at 18. His mock isn't complete BS either and he says that Lovie drafts him in a shock to everyone.

Warner staying in AZ, Leftwhich highly sought after

I agree. If they do cut him I would be all for trying to bring him in. -
Your right. This guy doesn't know a whole lot obviously. Sanchez will go in the top 10, however if he slips and is still on the board I would take him. He would be a real steal at 18. Most mocks I have seen has Percy Harvin going late 1st to early 2nd. So I won't read to much into this one. Thanks for sharing though.

Great post.

Me personally, I would do my hardest to trade away the 1st pick overall. I don't see a person that says "im the best" Im not really all that impressed with stafford as I would rather have crabtree and macklin before a stafford and even andre smith before stafford. I am just not sure as of yet that any of these guys and going to come into the league and lighting things up. Crabtree and macklin are the best bets
-
I agree. We have so many people on here complaining about him but he turned "garbage" into a top 15 offense. He has no WR and crappy Oline. A year ago if you would have told me that we would have that good of an offense I would have thought at least a division winner. He really only has a decent QB with no accuracy downfield, he had a rookie RB and then of course he did have a great TE group.

To me it seems like Mr. Nice Guy took the gloves off and slapped Babich in the face. Hopefully Babich can learn from the teacher and how he become so well known as a DC.

"Yep, as you get older your ability to dream improves." Hey grandpa just one problem you said as you get "older" how much older can you get lmao.

I am really looking forward to the mandatory minicamp and especially the training camps because of rod marinelli. Interested to see what he does with that line as we know he has a track record of working his players to the bone. Lets hope Smith lets Marinelli do this and the players respond. Should be an interesting year. God I can't wait until the draft.

Yeah, I would be all for that man. Just don't see that happening unfortunately.

I somewhat agree Connor except about the retractable roof. I hate domes. I think it takes away from the game and just can't stand it.
-
Oh I completely agree. Just thought it was funny that they had a conversion like that.

I was listening to the SCORE 670am this morning and the host(not sure of name) was wondering if maybe NE should listen to calls regarding trading Brady and not Cassell. His reason is because they can obviously get more in return by trading Brady away compared to Cassell. However a caller said that you can't think of that because it could upset Moss because Moss only had 11td's(?) last year with Cassell and with Brady he would be near the 15-20 TD/year mark.

This is a write up that I was able to find about him. Has his 40 time listed at 4.6 http://www.draftcountdown.com/scoutingrepo...mses-Barden.php
