  1. I watched a ton of this kid last season. I’m pumped. Very good pick.

  3. Bears are playing pretty well right now. Would love to see what they can accomplish in the playoffs against many teams who aren’t playing great to finish out. Green Bay is best team in the NFC right now. Beating them next week, if we can, would send a message. Go Bears!

  5. Any info? I see it on the scroll on ESPN.
  6. Solid backups, nickel, and ST will house the best of these guys. We’re going to have to prune TE sooner than DB.
  7. My Colts fan buddy is crushed. The shock and lateness in the preseason, wow. They were ranked high this year but I doubt they’ll get anywhere now. Sad to see it end like this for a potential HOF player. He won’t even be considered now IMO.
  8. Probably small for TE and would usually signal pass play. But I wouldn’t put it past this coaching staff.
  9. This whole difficulty finding a god damn kicker is ridiculous.
  10. Not surprised this hasn’t been mentioned here since there wasn’t a lot of love for Mr Benson on this site. Still, too young to die and I hope he rests in peace.
  11. That is cool, thanks for sharing. That said, a good night’s sleep is also important. :-)

Three kickers? Guess we want to cover all the bases there. LOL

I’m loving the OL from big programs. Can never have enough depth and competition in the line.
  14. I feel like the little school picks are a tad too cute for my liking. Whyte might help at P/K returns. We’ll see. Would’ve preferred some depth at OL from bigger programs.
  15. ST’s guy I assume. I’d like to see them grab Benzschawel, OG, Wisconsin next.
  16. Do you think Pace would’ve retained Lovie after his 10-6 season? I would have but think Pace would have moved on. Just wondering your thoughts.
  17. Love Kiper or hate him, he’s got thousands of college and NFL contacts for every one anyone posting here has. Given his tens of thousands of picks he’s bound to have made errors. And he’s not a very likable guy. That said, at least he’s got some basis in reality for his arrogance.
  18. It was one thing when you were this arrogant about a coaching staff and front office who constantly settled for mediocrity. Your true colors show when you now take the same negative position when the team makes moves with the intent of leaping forward. For god’s sake man, we got Kiper’s #2 RB having gone into the draft with our first pick being #87! Allow yourself to be happy dude. By the way, Howard was my guy. Was pissed to see him go. But he was clearly not best suited for Nagy’s offense. With Pace/Nagy making this pick I’m confident they believe he is. They’re 12-4 and you’re still 0-0 in the NFL. I’m sticking with them.
  19. Nall was a must IMO. On any future needs, don’t forget Urlacher would “play ball” when the team needed money. Converting salary to bonus, etc. One would hope Mack would do the same for the benefit of the club when asked.
  20. I think anyone calling for Pace to be fired the day after the Mack trade has issues. His drafts and the hiring of Nagy are also significant positives after years of failure. Come on gents, allow yourselves to enjoy the good days.
