Looks like we got the Saint’s 5th (165) for trading back 12 spots in the 4th. Not liking moving back that many picks but everybody left is fairly equal value now, with few exceptions.

I could easily see a trade back for additional picks. Teams are jonesing for a specific player and they’ve been calling Poles all night. I know Ade was high on some folk’s lists here so I’m fine with that too. You guys are all football gods. ?

This is probably a big DUH! for some but I still found this article refreshing. When's the last time players were drawn to Chicago by our QUARTERBACK! Maybe a few players signed on to come play with Cutler, initially, but at the end of the day, that faded. And that was probably exclusively on the O side of the ball. This kid's dynamic play is apparently making Pole's job easier. Which is awesome! I don't think it's just his play on the field either, it's his quiet confidence and demeanor. I wouldn’t take him unless he’s cleared and if by some miracle he’s cleared, he won’t be there at 9.

Loved Monty’s old school running style and thought he was a great team member. Better build the o line if we plan to be anything like Philly or KC. Leaving Fields with fewer weapons in the backfield and no o line protection worsens things. Still plenty of time to address but just pointing out that there’s a lot yet to do and losing Monty ain’t going to help.

Bears are playing pretty well right now. Would love to see what they can accomplish in the playoffs against many teams who aren’t playing great to finish out. Green Bay is best team in the NFC right now. Beating them next week, if we can, would send a message. Go Bears!
