  1. That is excactly how I've felt. It's like I'm in the Twilight zone. We win by 30-6, but I could tell even by listening to the radio broadcast that the OL was AWOL and the DL didn't get it done. We are in trouble when we face a real team.
  2. And Lovie is responsible for the system on the field. The cover 2 ain't getting it done. Not with the players we have.
  3. Agreed. And it's all coming around to bite us in the arse now. Both DL and OL are pathetic, with no light at the end of this tunnel, just a fast moving freight train.
  4. Brutal. I don't think we can dig ourselves out of this hole--in this game or the season. Our D is getting killed.
  5. Pretty much a repeat of the first series. Nice to see Lovie adjust to what is happening. NOT!
  6. You know, I'd like to see us stop a team on their first possession. Does it take Lovie until the half to figure out a team?
  7. Just read an article that Benson says the Bears blacklisted him with other teams. What an insecure twit! Cincy really is a perfect home for him, bunch of loud mouth, insecure crybabies!
  8. He sure seems to be scheming his way to the unemployment line after the season. Just pathetic!
  9. Thi one and the Puckers season openner. Good teams just don't give the other team the ball. I don't think we're a good team yet. How much longer will it take? The way Minny is managing to pull out games we might have dug ourselves a hole. I hope not, but I'm depressed today. God, what was that bye week for anyway?
  10. And should have won if not for the turnovers. You'd think that after the bye week they'd be focused and avoid this crap.
  11. No doubt about it, Atl and Cin are going to be humdingers. Hope Lovie is using this bye week to get us ready to bring it!

    Poll

Could be the worst QB ever in the entire friggin' NFL!
  13. Agree. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
  14. I remember his beautiful long stride when he burst into the endzone after a long run. He seldom ran out of bounds to avoid a tackle and most often would seek out a defender to met out his own punishment at the end of a run. And I remember his dejection in that last game, against the Redskins, I believe, fourth down and he didn't get those few yards to keep the playoff run alive.
  15. The rivalry with the Puckers goes all the way back to the beginning of the league. Minny was added to the league as an expansion in the early 1960s. Which do I hate more? GB by an 'inth degree! And I guess that puts me in the "old rivalry" bunch, since I started as a Bear fan back in 1962. And I'm not dead yet!

    OMFG

That's just Turner trying to confuse the opposition. Or is it banging his head against a wall?
  17. Bye week--perfect timing!
  18. Nice to see. And Wolfe gets his first TD! Good second half on this one.
  19. Read that one and also over on the sun times. Now I hope that Ron learns from his mistakes and never will we see Wolfe on third and short yardage plunge into the line.
  20. I'd be in favor of suspension. Do it like they do in soccer, suspend the offender for one game. That way his teammates will let him feel the heat and it will make a difference.
  21. And why not? This is the third game and this team should have many of the kinks worked out. The OL has now had time to work together, Forte probably feels like he can't wait to get in a solid game of yardage and Olsen has probably gotten tired of reading all the clips about Knox. Hell yes expects ARE high!
  22. Put me on board for Beekman over Omiyale. And like you say, how long will it take for the change to happen?
  23. Well said on all accounts jason. We are only one game into the season, it is way too early to throw this team under the bus. And win at home against the reigning champs and we will have a much different outlook all the way around.
