Agreed. The Penalties on offense are just all mental mistakes that should not be happening as much as they did against WAS. The offenses life would have been a hole lot easier with the penalties. After this last game Im starting to think Long needs to go back to OG.

The big difference is the age and how it translates to the position they play. RB's over the 30 year old mark typically lose a step and their play declines rapidly. A 6'6 265 TE may lose a step after hitting the 30 year mark but they typically will use their height and size and route running to get open. I don't want to pay Bennett more, I just think cutting him or trading him leads to another need for the Bears. I love Forte and would love to see him finish as a Bears, I just don't think it will happen with how good Langford and even Carey have looked this year.

With the holes the Bears have I would say no. Cut Bennett and now TE is a need. Miller hasn't been able to stay healthy ever. Miller gets hurt and the Bears would be screwed. Bennett and Miller TE is not a need next year.

Its weird that AL talked to whoever he knows at Halas Hall and on the same day the Trib says he is done for the year. A day or two earlier Fox says White is Healed and just needs to get in playing shape. Fox on injuries Alshon is day to day and he misses 4 weeks Bennett is "truly day to day" and then goes on the IR the next day everyone is day to day and misses 4 weeks. Who knows.

I agree with Cutler may have been sick. I also am wondering when did he take that sack when he was slammed to the ground? I know he passed the concussion test but that doesn't mean the hit didn't affect him. As far as the comment about the WR's being the issue I don't fully agre on that because Cutler missed some open targets that should have been easy completions. I do agree tho that once royal and Wilson and white are in the line up Cutkers life will be made a whole lot easier.

My buddy who is a security guard at Solider field said he watched White run routes in warm up, he said White looked like he is stupid fast. He was literally freaking out how fast he looked. I am excited to see him in a Bears uniform! you are right on Pace being ahead of the curve. Lets pray he hits some homeruns next year too!!!
