OHHHHHH even the biggest Cutler supporters know he is responsible for many of the INT's he has thrown. But the Cutler supporters are quicker to point out that some of them are not his fault. Would you be willing to admit that Cutler has had less then adequate help (poor OC, WR and Oline play) for the majority of his time here?

Alaska is going to blow a gasket! Lol

From my understanding Farve wasn't much of a mentor to Rodgers. I thought I read that he wasn't very nice to him at all. It more about letting a rookie come in and learn a system before throwing him to the wolves
-
If they are sold on a QB you have to take him. Think about it like this if Andrew Luck was there, you HAVE to take him. And you are right Rodgers is the biggest reason they won a SB and get to the playoffs every year. QB is the most important position for any team.

Yeah, Clay was not as dominate either. The other two LB's (Ray and Cushing) at USC I thought had better college careers. Cushing has been good in the NFL, Ray not as good. Clay has been the best out of the three.

Not a fan of Hogan either. Something I just thought of, the Bears will probably have a huge amount of cap space next year. They will probably cut Young, Houston and Allen creating even more space. I love talking draft because I watch so much college football but who knows what we will need going into next year draft. Maybe they sign some stud D or O lineman taking that need away. Or even a CB or S. I could be wrong but I thought I read some where the Bears may have 60 million in cap space next year, leaving a lot of money to upgrade a lot of positions. One thing I think everyone can agree on is that Cutler is not the future of this franchise. At 32 or 33 years old he is not going to be around another 10 years. If for some reason we did have the number 1 pick QB may be the way to go. Let him sit behind Cutler for 1 year to learn the system and develop, after next season Im pretty sure you can cut Cutler without any cap hit. Rodgers sat for 3 years before getting his shot, look how well that worked out for him. I get that he was drafted 24th and not 1st and a lot of people will say the number 1 draft pick has to play immediately. On the Flip side, lets say Cutler plays well this season and we end up not needing a QB for 3 or 4 years, both Bosa and the Ole Miss kid would be no brainers in my book.

He was too busy trying to figure out who his guy was, overthinking it.
-
You are 100% correct on that one. I still cant believe Watt is as good as he is. He must of been a late bloomer or something. or he tooking his training to a different level because he is 10 times faster and more explosive then in college.

I see what you did there!! lol

Stats are a good indicator but sometimes they don't tell the whole story. After this year I think Cutler will hold every passing record for Bears....You and I and everyone that is not saying much.
-
You asked if it was Cutler or playing calling. I answered your question. Forte said he screwed up by not catching it Long said he screwed up by not picking up blitz. It was neither..... Buddy

Had Long not let the blitzing LB go free maybe Cutler hits Royal in the corner. Early season in a new system, breakdowns happen. Or maybe Forte catches that TD pass from the QB you hate. Haters going to hate hate hate.......shake it off, shake it off!

Mel updated his big board 1. Robert N(I can't spell his name) 2. Joey Bosa 3. Jared Goff
-
Ever play football when you are overthinking everything? That is what that play looks like. New Position and new scheme. As the season goes on that should stop happening. If it doesn't HE GONE!
-
If Long can become a PRO Bowl LT that would be amazing for the Bears. PRO BOWL LT are hard to come by. Talk about the developing a player, something the Bears have not been good at on the offensive side of the ball.

GB = loss AZ = thought we had a chance but loss SEA= loss OAK = with Cutler we had a chance , without I don't see us winning but lets give it a maybe KC= pretty sure this will be a loss Lions= who knows Vikings = who knows SD = I would think this will be a loss, but who knows Rams = who knows, they beat Sea but then lost the next week Bronco's = I would think loss GB = loss 49ers = thought we would have a chance but they looked good week one Redskins = win Vikings = who knows] Bucs = win Lions = who knows After week two I see 2 wins (but who knows about that) with 8 maybes and the rest losses. Wins= TB, WAS = and these are no guarantees Maybe's = Oak, Lions(2), Vikings(2), SD, Rams, 49ers Losses = GB(2), AZ, SEA,KC, DEN The NFL's old saying of Any Given Sunday....If the team performs like week 2 we wont win any, if they perform more like week one they will have a chance at some W's. I will say this years schedule looks a lot worse then years past.

Having played for two different college football programs I have first hand experience with how many guys smoke weed. Most would be surprised how many players do smoke weed. Bosa or Nkemdiche having smoked weed doesn't bother me at all. I almost would be surprised if you told me they didn't. I care more about how they handle themselves in public, work ethic compared to weed smoking. If the Bears are drafting high enough to choose between either of these guys the Bears will have lost a lot of games this year. If that is the case Bears fan will be happy with picking either of these guys. '

Great point on the INT, at this point in a new system these things are going to happen. I don't care who's fault they are, they need to get fixed and I think they will as they play more games.
-
It is very rare to hear a player comment in this manner on another. My guess this is exactly why Rolle was brought in. Lead, help mentor the young guys. Fuller was thought by some to be the Best CB in last years draft, he is in a new system so there will be a learning curve. Don't like hearing that he may not be acting like a TRUE PROFESSIONAL> I hope Rolle saying what he said has a positive affect.

Cutler historically blames other players.....When? Prove this statement, how many times has he ever blamed someone else? Bennett historically admits when he makes a mistake..... I have never noticed Bennett come out and talk about all the mistakes he made throughout a game.. HOT READ = you literally are reading what Fox said and flipping it automatically on Cutler. Did you miss Fox saying he wasn't going to get into who's fault it is?????????????????????????????????? You do UNDERSTAND that a hot read is suppose to be read by the QB and the WR. Not just the QB. Both players are suppose to read their keys and adjust according to what the Defense is doing. Hot reads are not only for Blitzes. Unless one of them comes out and says it was my fault none of us will ever know. Lets say Bennett comes out and says he ran the wrong route, I still wouldn't be 100% sure it was, teammates will take the blame for things to lessen the heat on their QB. You may be right that it was Cutlers fault, not because your reading between the lines of what Cutler said or did not say or what Bennett said. And for your Fox comments on the Hot Read (sight adjustment) his comments do not point one way or other.

Ever watch JJ Watt in college??? http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/j.j.-watt?id=2495488 He was a completely different player in college. JJ Watt was not as dominate in college as he is in the NFL. He was not a speed rusher in college. His first step and technique in the NFL is night and day from college.
-
Dude you are absolutely hysterical!!! after reading this I have NO DOUBT it was Cutlers fault!!!!! Thank god you cleared that up! Clausen for president 2016!!
-
you are the first to compare Bosa to Gholston. Gholston = 6'3 260 Bosa = 6'6 275 From a size comparison they are completely different. As far as being similar football players I do not agree as well. Either way I would rather the kid from Ole Miss if they went defense.

Crazy thing is some are saying Bosa's little brother is better! Buckeyes have him committed, had also heard Bosa wanted to play with his brother so he may not declare. This is Buckeye forum stuff, could be complete BS....
